Extremely disappointed in the service provided, I live in the area and called for pricing. Initially was told $500 to replace the radiator in my 2006 Acura MDX, but when I arrived I was told the price increased $50! And I “should’ve came” when he told me that number. The fact that he tried to bait & switch on me is unbelievable. So he definitely lost out on this sale because of the game he tried to play. Found someone $100 cheaper and it was replaced 2 hours later. Glad I didn’t patron this establishment.

Probably one of the most unprofessional places I’ve been. They never answer calls , voicemail box is full and they say the open at 930 but here I am sitting in the parking lot with three other people waiting for someone to open the shop at 1015 am. I took my car for an oil pan replacement and 2-3 months later it started leaking again and all my dashboard lights starting coming on (warning lights I have never seen since having the car). I called and emailed to see when I could come in because the first time I was the first to arrive and waited over an hour for someone to open the shop and then it took 5 almost 6 hours for them to complete the task after scheduling this appointment. And once it was done they never said anything to me about what they found , what was done or anything. Again just super unprofessional, they clearly don’t like customer satisfaction. I came back to get the car looked at because I finally got an email back stating to come anytime and clearly that’s not possible if no one here.

Beware. I brought a car that was running great that was brought to me from Ohio via Tennessee. I only needed my check engine light cleared for emissions. After spending over $500, light went off only temporarily. AC was out due to damaged condenser. Now car does not start due to fuel not going through. I informed them of these issues. They're saying it's an "old car"; and things go wrong. I've had this car since 6/30/94. Nothing was wrong til they handled it. They're trying to shake me down for more money and repairs. They did something to my vehicle to keep me coming back. They take no accountability. I don't feel good about them touching it again. Beware of these scammers!

Will never spend another penny here. They told me I needed my engine replaced and took too long to do the work which led to me taking my car to another business. When we got to the other place they replaced a sensor and all of the problems went away. These people obviously don’t know what they’re doing. Save your time.

They did end up fixing my car. However they said it was fixed and then i drove it off the lot and it was still doing the same thing it had been doing. Had to leave it for a third day to have them fix it. It was a very affordable price though.

Gave this shop the benefit of a doubt! Left my car June 18th for a diagnostic was told by that Monday it would be ready. A few days turned into a few weeks and nothing had been done at all! I would call and either get no answer or was told my truck wasn’t ready. So, ok I let it stay longer and longer! I went up to the shop often and didn’t see it anywhere everytime. Only one mechanic was there and he had no idea what I was talking about when I told him what car I had there. They even closed the shop for a while. Once they reopened it still wasn’t ready, so the next day I went up and checked on everything. I was told they had been backed up and couldn’t get to my vehicle. So I decided to pick it up and go somewhere else. This place has cars everywhere, no room to park, and not many mechanics. All a disappointment and waste of time. Didn’t get my car until July 3rd!
