10/24/2024 9 pm: I called for mobile service and spoke to Richard Martinez. I explained to him that I needed a flat tire fixed, and he said there would be a two-hour wait. I agreed to wait; I gave him my address and phone number. I called him back to verify my address and he did not have it. 2 hours passed and nothing happened. I called him and said, we WILL BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES, WHAT IS YOUR ADDRESS? i GAVE HIM MY ADDRESS FOR THE 3RD TIME AND SAID HE GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS TO DISPATCH. THEN AFTER 3 HOURS OF WAITING, I CALLED HIM BACK AND NEVER NEVER ANSWERED HIS PHONE. MESSAGE TO UPCOMING CUSTOMERS: PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT COMMIT TO WHAT THEY SAY. EVALUATION: "F" FOR FAILURE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND -50 IN REVIEW.

Extreme Mobil went out of there way to help us on the outskirts of El Paso to change a flat tire. We liked him so much we bought 4 new tires from him & he put them on the next morning at our hotel. Back on the road to Ruidoso by 10:00.

I had a flat tire when I came out the gym on fort bliss. I searched up some tire places near me and his company popped up. I gave him a call. I was in dire need ready to get home. Over the phone he said an inner tire patch is 110 plus tax, I agreed to it. I dropped him my location and waited for him to get there. He got there in good timing! When he arrived, he looked at my tire and it was tore and wasn’t able to be patched up because it could explode. He told me how much a used tire would be and a new one. I just want to say respect to him that he told me my tire was bad instead of just patching it up. I agreed to get a used tire for 180 plus tax once my husband confirmed. When my husband arrived on the scene, he explained to my husband what was going on. He tried to offer us 1 new tire for 280 plus tax because the used tire was at his house 30 minutes away. I told him I didn’t mind waiting for him and I don't have money for a 280 tire right now. At this point I was just being patient and ready to go home. So he told us that he could cut us a deal and give up 2 tires of our picking for 294 plus tax we said no because we can’t afford it so we’ll just take the 180 used tire. So he insisted that we could pay him 194 for a tire that he could put on tomorrow when we ain’t even what that.. just wanted the used tire. So why pay for a service that you couldn’t do right than and there… At the end we decided to just get the spare tire put on instead and so he charged us 80, he was upset when he said this because we wouldn’t take his other offers at this point because he kept going up on prices. He got upset and charge up 15 plus for dismount as well, when he said it was only going to be 80 at first. idk if he was trying to run game on us because my husband is in the military and he thought we were loaded with money or if we were black. I didn’t appreciate the fact that he kept trying to play us. We just wanted to go home. So that’s why I’m giving 2 stars.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend. I had been trying to get my tire off my vehicle on my own for almost 3 days with no luck, stripped the bolts and all, but Angel was able to get it off in under 15 mins without barely breaking a sweat. Overall they were quick, not too expensive and friendly.
