I had a supposedly new engine & transmission installed, by them in my 01 Ford truck in 2017and have had nothing but problems with the engine, transmission, & truck ever since! For 3 years I was lied to, & told that it was fine, even though I had numerous complaints, while it was still under warranty. Now I'm being told by other mechanics that both the engine & transmission need to be replaced again, & that they don't look new, so the vehicle is a complete loss thanks to their poor service & bad faith! I'm also convinced that both parts came from a wrecked vehicle in a junkyard! Despite the owner's claims, they did not provide me with any paperwork (other than the $7,000 bill) related to the installation of my engine, transmission, or drive shaft, which was installed at the same time, & also failed within a year! They did me no favors, & actually charged me over $100 to install the 2nd transmission, "under warranty." I was not provided any paperwork then, either! What a rip off, & now he can add lying to the public to his rap sheet! What a pathetic & disgraceful response! If you had done any due diligence with my vehicle, it wouldn't be leaking from every pore in the engine & transmission, & the cam shaft synchronizer wouldn't be mangled! You know you did me a disservice, & I'm not going to accept your pathetic excuses or lies! You are clearly a disreputable person, Fred Rael, & you run a dishonest business! Good luck to you with that horrible reputation!!!

Car was making weird noises and the Advance Automotive Team let us drop in and had the car checked out and fixed in less than 4 hours so we could be right back on the road. Best service we could’ve asked for! Such a kind team.

Fred and his team are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. When the day came, I prayed it would start and get me to the shop safely without having to be towed by my s/o. Thank the Creator, it did. 🙏 My s/o Alex said "if I can't find out what's going on with your car, this is the man that will find the real problem." Fred and his team fixed the problem without charging me a liver and a kidney. Everyone made a point of contact during the service for updates. I am so impressed with Fred and Quintin, and the ATA team. I came in from out of town, called a couple of places, some rude and unprofessional, but not these men. They were happy to help, got my vehicle in and out in a day, didn’t not overcharge and did a fantastic job! They have earned my respect and business. Try them, I believe they will take great care of you and your vehicle.

The team was a lifesaver for us! We live in our van and were traveling cross country to catch a flight - they got us in same day, listened to our input on the issue (we’ve had it before), quickly diagnosed, fixed, and got us back on the road, for a good price too. What a pleasant surprise had a actuator on a blend door part of the air conditioning system go bad on me Fred was able to analyze give me a quote and repair the problem at a very reasonable price he showed me more professionalism then a few other places I have been to including one of the Chevy dealerships you have my total respect and my repeat business thanks again Fred

Their prices are so awesome and you have the comfort of knowing you can trust this long-time family owned business. Their reputation is impeccable in this industry. I'm so happy I was able to meet them and feel so comfortable having them work on my 2020 MDX going forward.

I was referred to advanced team automotive from a business in Santa Fe. The technicians, and staff were amazing! Very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Julie and Fred (owners) walked me through everything from setting my appointment and explaining in detail what was going on with my car. And they were just as effective when doing work on my Rav4. I’m very appreciative for their help, and will be back! Can’t recommend them enough, superb people !

Good service, honest workers (I've been told when I do and don't need jobs done for another couple thousand miles), and competitive pricing. I plan on going back for more work as long as I live nearby! Fred is a model local small business owner and I'm happy to call him my mechanic. At this point he knows me and my cars!
