I run an adventurous fleet of passenger vans hard - off-road in the desert, on highways, often pulling heavy trailers. Of course, things break on a regular basis. Joe and Kayla have taken great care of us over the years. Speedy service with a smile, and always thorough explanations about what they are about to do and why (and a phone call with a revised estimate before work proceeds). Having dealt with other, lesser shops prior to discovering Advanced Automotive, it's a breath of fresh air to deal with folks who know what they're doing, and actually care about the customer. I can't recommend them enough!

08/19/2024 Monday: This auto shop saved my LIFE!! Literally!! After being not mobile for 3 days due to a HUGE mistake!! Kayla and her father helped me so much with my car after a “mobile mechanic” that I hired from Facebook recently goofed up and damaged my car in the process of doing a (simple) job!! 😡 I had came across this shop a couple of days back after seeing all of the 5 star reviews! I was convinced!! My heart told me to see them for services. I called the shop first thing in the morning the next day, spoke to Kayla to organize the drop off, and roughly 2 hours later my car was in their shop. I’m glad that they came through for me, and this horrible situation from this so called “mobile mechanic” has been put to rest. My car was ready the same day! I honestly thought that it would have taken like a day to fix! They’ve exceeded my expectations when it comes to auto care! I’ve recommended them to the mamas in a Facebook group that I’m in! I found me a new auto repair shop home! 🎉🎉 Lesson learned for me is to stay away from mobile mechanics, especially those who aren’t ASE certified like the professional shops are. PS: I’m coming back soon for an oil change!! 😉

I had the best experience with Advanced Auto Repair! I had to have a pretty big repair done and they were open and honest about my options and did not pressure me into a decision right then. When I decided to move forward with getting repairs they were flexible with my drop off/ pick up dates as well. The car runs great now, and I will definitely be going back to them for my routine maintenance. I’m so glad I found a mechanic that not only knows how to fix cars but I can trust!

Spoke with Kayla regarding our issue of an engine oil leak on our Cadillac CTS "Performance" model. Kayla scheduled us in on Tuesday. Joe checked out our issue and called me midday Tuesday. We were expecting the worse... especially in the situation of an engine oil leak however, Joe said it was the "oil pressure sending unit", a relatively quick and lower cost repair! He replaced the unit, washed down all of the oil from underneath, ran & drove our CTS, to be sure that he had the issue repaired. What we like about Joe is his integrity, mechanical aptitude/knowledge and going above and beyond to do the right thing! His daughter Kayla, who works the front office, is very knowledgable in her own right, always very pleasant to speak with and respectful!!! We will not take our cars anywhere else or refer family or friends to anyone, other than to this family owned & operated Advanced Automotive...Thank You Joe & Kayla!!! Debi & I appreciate it!!! 👍👍

By far the best place I've ever taken my vehicles to. Joe and his team are amazing at what they do, honest, fair, tremendously experienced, and will save you in the long run by actually fixing the problem. They take the time to accurately diagnose the issue, tell you as it is, and then get your vehicle back and road worthy. I've recommended them to my family and friends who have all shared the same positive and quality experiences, and they now also take their vehicles here too. Anyone who may be considering taking your vehicles here, I highly advise you to do so. It's the best thing I've done for my cars.
