Advanced Automotive was able to get me in same-day for an engine issue and was able to complete diagnostic and a fix in just a couple of hours. Communication was great and prices were more than fair. I’ll be bringing my Audi here from now on.

I love out of town and had to bring my vehicle to this location. They installed a faulty water pump. I drove home and reached out to them for a solution. They said they could Get it replaced if I brought it back. Had to take it to another shop, then brought the old pump to this location. And they did not find a solution to resolve the faulty equipment. They are installing. Take your vehicle anywhere else .

We brought my senior citizen neighbors Mercedes in for its annual service and inspection that amounted to a close to a $1400 total bill. The next day the low tire light came on and the steel band was showing in picture below...I removed the tire and went back to Advanced Automotive and asked for the owner and showed him the tire, all he said was it was a mistake but no apologies for not doing the inspection and repairs they charged her for.. She drives out to west Texas remote areas and could have had a blowout in the middle of nowhere. We now wonder what else they charge for and do not do.. The owner said he himself did the inspection.. NOT DONE Pretty sad example of how they do service and inspections and miss a clearly obvious defective tire..

Adam was great fixing my A/C blower. Rachel was wonderful as the go between. I would recommend them dealing with Mercedes. Of course parts are pricey.

I have owned Volvo’s since 1978 and I love the car. I bought my used ‘91 Volvo in 2017 and it had so many problems. Other shops didn’t do the job right and I was so discouraged until...Stuart at Advanced Automotive started working on Otto. They have been so patient with me and Otto...and it is running so much better. It is a big relief and Thank you Stuart, Rachel and Kim for keeping this old car running and me independent and happy.

2 stars because i usually try not to come in with a bad attitude but my belt broke leaving o'reillys next door. I asked the store clerks to rent a ratchet/breaker bar because someone was already using them ay O'Reilly's but NO TOOL RENTAL!! I only needed to put my belt on...the only 3/8 size they had was an ratch with 100 positions for almost 50 bucks!! Never again...not if i have a choice...

I have no clue if the mechanics there do good work or not. Couldn’t make it past their receptionist poor communication skills. She stated first come first serve for a diagnostic test and then go from there. We dropped off the car at 8:30 and didn’t get a call the whole day. The next morning called to see what was going on if anything and got told that it was still being checked. Called again in the after noon and got told the same thing and also got requested not to call again until they called us. That’s when we just went ahead and pick up our car to take it somewhere else.

Worst shop I've been to in a long time. Got charged 600 for belts and they didn't even do a diagnosis, just tossed the parts on there and hoped for the best now have to go to another shop to fix their mistake cause they can't even put a belt on right. What a waste.
