I was a victim of a hit and run. My car needed to be fixed. Devon was amazing. She communicated so well with me about my car and got a rental set up for me took me to pick up my rental after I dropped off my car. She got my car to a body shop that worked with my insurance. My car was done in 12 days. I highly highly recommend them for any body shop work and great customer service. I am so thankful for them. Take you car here and it will be in the best care.

Recommend them 10/10. I was involved in a car accident back in July. I have been having trouble with the insurance company to get my car fixed. It’s been in a different shop for a little more than 3 months now waiting on insurance. Antonio got involved with my case and within a week things are finally moving. Antonio is a very knowledgeable person who is there for his customers and will fight what he needs too to make things right. Puts his customer first and will help with anything needed. Very good at communicating which is a must. I will definitely consider them again if needed in the future and recommend him to others!

We’ve worked with ACE several times as a newcomer in Las Vegas. Have had the best professional experience with them and with my clients. Every client has been very happy and Antonio goes above and beyond for customers and attorneys who don’t want their clients mistreated or played around with by auto collision centers controlled by insurance companies who pay them. Hats off + 5-stars and white glove services!

Being in an accident is the worst. Once it happens you are stressed, sometimes hurt and confused about what you should do next. ACE was able to take care of my vehicle and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They helped me understand my options and I cant thank them enough!
