Very Unprofessional. Used them in the past wanted to talk about tire install but the man on the phone decided have an attitude by my question. Just wanted to get information before making my decision. Maybe they were having bad day but disappointed by that poor experience and I will be recommending them

My daughter is going to school at University of Cincinnati and needed a tire on her car. The staff at Advanced treated her with respect, they were honest and did not try to sell her more than she needed. I am very happy and would highly recommend them for anyone who needs tires. Great people and great price.

I went in to get a used tire so I wouldn't have to keep driving on a donut. Very friendly and professional staff. They had my wheel ready in less than 10 minutes and only for $45. I declined to have them swap over the wheel due to my bad experiences with shops snapping off studs and completely overtorquing the lug nuts. Without getting defensive, the owner understood and reassured me that they take the extra steps to avoid that from happening. They even offered to put my wheel in my trunk. Very friendly staff.

Let’s start out with this, I called ahead of time and asked if my tires were in stock. The store said yes drop it off. Car gets dropped off by the tow truck and upon pickup tire is not in stock and store only takes cash payments. I know right not a big deal when your car is not with you and you have your kids walking to pick it up. So no charge for this right but yes I do have to pay a fee to dispose of the tire. Will not go back some people need to retire.

This is the only place where my family has been purchasing their tires for many years. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and professional. Their prices are very competitive and they are always great about addressing my concerns and giving me recommendations. Their shop is also very clean. And it's super convenient that they are always open on most major holidays. I always recommend Advanced New and Used tires to friends and family.

Hands down the best tire shop in the city! I have been coming here for years. I always get top notch service. They are the nicest people who genuinely want to help. There goal isn't to make as much money off of you as possible, it's to make your car as safe as possible. There prices are just as great as the service you'll receive and they're FAST! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Went to advanced tires for the first time and I am grateful to have found a reliable, reasonably priced business to start going to. I needed 4 new tires in a specific size; they were able to get them in in just two days, and got the job done super quick. They were super nice, honest, and I’ll def keep coming here for tires in the future!

Advanced tires was recommended to me several years ago. Their used tires have been worthwhile investments for my vehicle on multiple occasions now, and I know they’ve also got new tires much cheaper than the big chain tire dealers. The gentlemen working here are also very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. They’ve never tried to sell me more than the one tire I’ve come in for, and while getting the new tire ready they check the rim and valve very carefully to make sure their isn’t additional damage that could be affecting it.

I absolutely love the customer service and I pulled up 3x to get air in my tire not once did they get upset like most other used tire places I have been to they just told me where to pull up and guezz what they did it for free and waz Soo friendly I had to tip them 🦁

I went to get a oil change and when they checked my tires they said that I had metal in one of them so I remember a tire place on Spring Grove that I always pass by and I was like I’m gonna go there and see what kind of tires they have. So I went in on Tuesday. It was a really nice guy. He was talking to me telling me the different prices 45 to 55 on the used tires now he has $500 for four tires brand new so I was explaining to him that I was grandma and was helping support my daughter and my three grandkids and he was really a nice guy. I paid 55+ tax plus a five dollar to get rid of my old tire . So today is Friday the 24th day after Thanksgiving and I went back to get two more tires for the front cause I need new tires all around and it was a different guy who came out soon as he came out he was very aggressive. Look like he really didn’t want to be there And I was telling him like I bought this tire Tuesday and I want to get two more tires so he’s telling me $65 so I’m thinking 65 for the whole thing because that’s what I paid now I show the receipt and only paid this amount and so he snatches the tire off. My car gets a different tire. You want $55 I give you $55 , and he was very aggressive. Very very mean I asked him did he take tap for the pay or just a card and then he said pay how you paid the other day so I asked him what’s the matter do you need a hug like what did I do to make you so mad? He said call me what you wanna call me. I said I didn’t call you anything so I don’t know what did I call you just go just go, I will never go back here. I will never tell anybody about this place. I feel like he owes me an apology cause I never did anything that never got aggressive never said anything crazy just asking questions is my money and I wanna make sure I will never go back here

I've bought 3 tires in the last month for my Nissan Versa. As a business that sells used tires, they're the best in Cincinnati. They take their time checking the tires to make sure they don't have any defects. Prices are reasonable and a selection of tread wear that you don't often find at other places.
