I’ve been here multiple times over the years for tire repairs (thanks to Cleveland roads!) and they always get me squared away. Had a slow leak today that turned out to be 2 pin holes from a piece of wire (a new one even for them). Many places would have given up on the troubleshooting, but the tech stuck with it and I was back on the road in short order. Great service and quality!

Best kept secret in Cleveland. This place rocks! The pricing is great, the customer service is top shelf. It was a refreshing experience to deal with honest people like Steve and his polished expert team of professionals that know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and call them first for any of your tire and/or repair needs. A1 company. Highly recommended.

All the staff members have been very kind when I go here knowing nothing about tires or my car. They will rotate my older tires to the best position while getting a new one and if they see more issues they will give me an honest opinion and estimate on if it needs addressed or any concerns they have.

Got stranded due to a flat tire in Cleveland Ohio, called my Ford road side assistance and had to wait 90-120min for service. I google tire service and discover Advance Tire. Excellent price, Excellent customer service, excellent team, best service, was back on the road fast and also asked for a best place to eat and was told about My Friend dine in, best food. I had a blown tire and a friend referred me to the emergency service. I talked to a nice lady who transferred me to dale the technician. The first question I asked dale was how much this service would cost me. He said that he had no idea because the office was closed and it had to go through the computer for pricing and he couldn’t tell me a price. He said they would contact me in the morning to discuss pricing. He still came to do the job and never did any pricing. I was assuming the job to cost around 200$ however I got a call telling me that they needed to run the card for the service last night. (Still no pricing) I explained that I told Dale to have the office call me before running the card so that I knew how much the service would be and that I needed to know how much it would cost. I was then told that it would be over $500 for 1 TIRE AND THE SERVICE! Had I have known that I would have NEVER ORDERED THE SERVICE. You can buy a full set of tires for that price. I will NEVER use this company again. I thought I should warn everyone that they go out and do the service without telling any information first about how much it would cost. That’s not how you should do business. That’s working off of others desperation. And because of their mistake I am stuck with a 500$ tire that I would have never ordered. Also the service call is by the hour. The Technician was only there less than an hour but I was charged multiple hours, and 40 miles travel time when I was only 12 miles away from the tire shop. Rediculous.

I took my truck here to get 2 (read: only TWO) tires replaced and balanced. It took 2 hours for the kid to change both, after literally every step he walked away for 5 to 10 minutes somewhere in the back. When I called and ordered the two tires, management told me they could change them on my lunch break from the plant up the street from them. I told them I had 30 minutes for lunch and I know it only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to change one of my tires from previous experiences. They charged me $50 more per tire than they told me on the phone prior to my visit and cost me 1 and a half hours of time from work so that's around 150 total more than I expected to spend overall. I was very disappointed with my experience. To be fair: when the guy who was more experienced finished up his work and came to help the kid who was taking too long on my tires, the work was finished quickly and I got out but my time was already lost.

Never seen a better service than this. Traveled with my best friend to take his Son back to visit his mother for Christmas in a blizzard storm weather, got stranded in Cleveland Ohio on West 25th street in the cold weather, his roadside assistant Ford was gonna take forever to come. After few research online, we found Advance tire, the whole team was super nice, professional and very helpful, service was awesome and we were back on the road for Chicago. Will highly recommend this place. Affordable and fast service. Thank you

This people are super nice and super professionals!!! I had a 2 damaged rims and 2 tires on my trailer, plus had to pick up a load, was in a rush. I called them, they gave me estimate for service and time frame. Super honest people, they even charged me less than was in estimate. Used tires for dissent price and brand nee rims. They also have a new and recap tires, its up yo you. Put me back on the road in less than 35 minutes. Entrance of the shop looks narrow, and you have to back from busy street - it is not a problem at all. 2-3 mechanics close the road on the both directions and you can back in safely without any stress!!! Giving 5 start only because cannot give 10. Consider this place as professional, honest and responsible people! Thank you again!!!

5 stars is not enough to describe the service , price and personnel at this place! I had just come from a screwjob at the dealership and when they heard what happened, they stepped up and fixed my truck tires for a price I never saw coming in my wildest dreams!!! From now on if I ever need tires, I'm going back to advance tire! Thanks Ron, Ray, Anthony, and the rest of the crew!!!!!

Bill arrived on time in nice company vehicle, parked next to me and had my car done quickly. Replaced all four very old tire pressure monitors (they were giving false readings). Very competitively priced and with the extra convenience of doing it while I worked, saving me time and a trip for service. Bill was great, friendly, informative and professional. I highly recommend Advanced Tire!

I got a flat tire on the highway and needed immediate assistance and these guys were able to help me without a problem! They had to order a new tire for my car, but they were quick/helpful and I was out of there asap.

This was the first time we have used Advanced Tire, Inc. but it won't be the last. Steve suggested Nexen Tires for our Ford Escape. The price was right AND they got us in the next day! That is great customer service. The tires are a very quiet ride compared to what we had. They come with a road hazard warranty and will last longer than we will have the car! The mechanic was polite and worked in a quick but competent manner. We will tell our friends and family to consider Advanced Tire, Inc. when they are looking for new tires. Thanks guys!

Great to do business with! Our waste hauling company switched to Advanced Tire and we have ZERO regrets! Nick and his guys are always making sure we are taken care of. Not only for tire replacements, but they also make sure everything is in shape before they leave the property. From checking tire pressures all around on the truck or noticing something else that may have been missed. One time recently, the tech noticed an brake shoe issue on a truck and was able to quickly advise our mechanic what he noticed while he was on site...saved us from another headache. STRONG 5 STAR FOR ADVANCED TIRE!!!
