Literally brought my truck in due to heat not working and engine running hot, they diagnosed it and fixed it and because I was a first time customer gave me a series of discounts. Service was fast and efficient and the mechanic explained everything and gave me a series of choices. A1 Service!! I highly recommend!!

I've been going to Advent auto for about 4 years. They have been honest and fair and as a woman that's very important to me.. Kudos to Chris, Mark and all the team for doing a fantastic job every time!

Do not go here if you value your life! I brought my car here a couple of days ago for an issue with my car shaking while braking and requested that they replace the brake calipers as they were under warranty. After they took off the calipers, they called and recommended that they replace the wheel bearings as well. They then said that the brake calipers were not under warranty, so we called the company and made sure that they were actually under warranty. But Advant had not called the calipers in, they had only started a claim for the wheel bearings. The company let us know that Advant had to call them in order for the brake calipers to be replaced under warranty. We spoke to Advant again, and the manager refused to call the company and said that he was the only one there, everyone else was on lunch, and that the bolts were rusted on and seized. I then called them back an hour later, and they still had not called the warranty company, so we said just stop where you are and put everything back on the car. When we got the car back, it was shaking a lot worse than before and made a grinding noise while turning left. They also charged us $1200 for this work (see invoice below). We took the car into another mechanic, and they found a multitude of issues that were not previously on the car, including multiple bolts that were only hand tight. See the other invoice for $350 for more information. The wheel bearing hub had wrong bolts used for it. The wheel was missing 3 lug nuts, and one of the lug nuts head was broken off and put back onto the car (see picture plus invoice for where they charged for a lug nut).

Even though they were super busy today, they found the time to squeeze me in! Chris is an amazing mechanic—he is very focused, very thorough, and very honest. I highly recommend this business!

First time going to Advant and it was great! I thought one of my front wheel bearings needed a replacement but I was totally wrong it was fine. I really appreciated their honesty and they checked my car all over to make sure there wasn’t any vibration or grinding and they even checked all my fluids. They were honest and the communication was awesome! Definitely going back :)

Had busted ball joints & broken cv joint and broke axel. Thought it would take a week to fix, but had my car back in two days. Was in a pinch financially but Advant has financial options that got me back on the road quickly. Detailed receipt on work done and parts used. Car rides better than when I purchased it. I'm pleased & will recommend. And yes I'm a real person.

Bald guy at counter was extremely rude. I had been a previous customer last year and I walk in and there’s all new faces. Nothing wrong with new hires but atleast make sure they have good customer service

Very friendly and trustworthy. I went in all upset. Not only did the lady there calm me down. But the guys looked over my truck and talked through all the options with me. I would definitely recommend them, and do to the customers at work.

Emergency repairs Our cars check engine came on and then the AC started blowing warm air. Not good so I asked a shop that I would normally go to and asked how long before I could take it in for repairs and they replied two weeks! I called Chris at Advant Auto and they took me right in and fixed the problem! Great job. Donna at the front office was very nice and professional as well!

I appreciate their service. Always has good customer service & work. Last year I was hit in an auto accident & the insurance company refused to pay until Advant Auto provided me with proof for the other drivers insurance & everything worked out PERFECTLY!. Advant is always my go to shop. They have fair pricing and always works with customers. This is the only shop my whole family goes too. Thanks for your service.

I really like these guys. I’ve been to them multiple times, they always get the work done and have incredibly fair pricing. I also like how they won’t do anything to your car without calling you and giving you a quote. I recommend everyone go to them.

Excellent ,fast, quality service from a group of honest hardworking professionals you can trust! My vehicle was brought in, diagnosed and fixed all within 24 hours! The staff is amazing and I was treated with respect and equality the entire process. Other shops treat you like you don’t know anything when your a female with a mechanical issue but not here ! They made sure I understood everything they were saying and the pricing was more than fair. This is the best auto shop I’ve ever worked with !! I absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for some work done! Hands down the best shop around!!!
