Horrible customer service. I will never use them again! I had scheduled valet service for 8am to pickup my car at my house. A tow truck shows up at 8:50 am and takes my car. I'm without a car all day. I ask for a status update and at 2:30pm I find out nothing has been done. I let them know my child is at daycare and I need my car back to pick him up. At 4:00pm I am notified that they don't have a tow driver to bring back my car. They say they can get me a ride to come pick up my car. Now it's 4:50 pm and they are still waiting for a valet driver while my child is stuck at daycare. They had my car all day and did nothing. Now I'm about to pay out of my own pocket to Uber to them to get my car so I can go pick up my child!

I had rough idling issues with my BMW and I didn’t know what the source of the issues were . Not to mention other lights and check messages that I couldn’t identify the problem so I decided to take it in. Other dealerships wasted my time with crazy high diagnostic fees. Until I decided to take it in to advantage BMW advantage Service center. My service advisor Collin was very helpful and great customer service. I was provided an estimate within a 1 business days time. I saw he was very busy and I do appreciate his help. Not to mention very appreciative of being able to have someone identify the issues. I definitely will recommend to anyone looking for repairs. 10/10

I was hired I’m on with Group1 on July 1,2024… I’ve been in the industry a long time and at various dealership across Houston. This is by far the best one I’ve ever had the privilege to be a part of. The support and moral of all my co-workers is amazing. Great place to be employed!

I recently scheduled to have all the tires replaced on my x3. I usually dread the time it takes to bring it my car to be serviced, etc. However, having Vianey as a service advisor has made it a more pleasant experience. She always has a great attitude, explains things thoroughly, and goes above and beyond. Knowing my time was limited, she went out of her way to ensure my car was taken care of and even delivered back to my home in peak rush hour traffic. I am thankful to have such an honest advisor that takes pride in the customer service experience.

I would not recommend going here for repairs, especially anything related to a warranty repair on a new vehicle. I brought in my vehicle for loose exterior trim below the window. They denied the warranty claim due to window tint being applied - window tint that was computer cut and goes on the inside of the window with no exterior trimming or anything done with the exterior of the window. There is no way this work could have bent and caused the plastic trim on the exterior of the vehicle to not be fully clipped in place (below the window). They did offer to let me spend $450 to replace it on a 2 month old vehicle though. I would go to any of the other BMW dealers in town.

To the lightskin curly hair concierge girl who's name start with a Bry or Bay or something it is so rude to greet a guest with “Excuse me are you lost?” with an attitude isn't the whole point of being a concierge to receive guests in a polite manner. Some people like me come here right after work already stressed about an issue with their car and the last thing is wanting to be received in that manner, especially since we're paying thousands for a service, which went great by the way but she was so rude for no reason it just took me aback , never had an issue except with her

If you're fortunate, you'll get Eduardo B. for your service advisor! He is always professional, friendly, and dedicated to making sure you receive OUTSTANDING care at this Service Center. I would like to thank the Service Manager, Brandon for his customer service. I had unpleasant encounter with a service advisor. Although, she provided factual information the lack of customer service; empathy, sympathy and overall kindness was not a great experience. I enjoy coming to BMW Midtown. I am grateful I was able to reach out to Brandon, the difference experience was I felt valued. I look forward to trading in my car for a new vehicle soon! Thank you Brandon!

Went in for recall work on air bag and blower wiring, my service advisor Adalid Martinez was very professional explained some issues I didn’t know about. The tech did a great job with recall part installation and I now have ice cold ac! I’m impressed with my advisor and the tech and that is sayin a lot because I’m extremely demanding . good job guys!

I called to schedule a service appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and half. When I got there Jerry told me it would take 3.5 hours. He was not apologetic and didn't care what I had been told on the phone. What a waste of my time to drive back and forth to downtown Houston only to have to take my car elsewhere for service.

Took my BMW in because the tire pressure was low. Some guy took my car out and filled my tires. When I got into my car he had messed with all the buttons, settings, etc. I had to reprogram everything. I don't know what I did to irritate him. I was nice and polite. If this is what the service team does to a car for something minor, I'd hate to see what they do to a car for something major.

The entire process, from scheduling service/checking in my vehicle to receiving it back, was incredibly smooth. Miss Lourdes provided exceptional service, addressing all my concerns, as well as keeping me updated through out the entire process. The concierge personnel were excellent during rental pickup. Every one I encountered at the Service Center was marked by professionalism and courtesy. The drive from Sugar Land to service my BMW at Advantage BMW Midtown is undoubtedly worthwhile. Definitely returning for continual service.

Liars!!! Went there for maintenance and state inspection. They pretended that one of my tires needed to be replaced to pass the state inspection. Upon double checking, this was patently wrong and this place just scammed me $300+

Been there several times for service, the people that work there are sharks, and are not honest with what your car actually needs. Service men are very rude and don’t want to work. They just told me that a noise that I had been hearing was a “normal” thing, even though of course I didn’t buy the car with that noise, how is it now a normal thing? It doesn’t even make sense. The women that work there are very nice though. But if planning to do a service, please research for other places, where they will care about your actual needs and you are not going to be mistreated even though you are paying a lot of money.
