I went to 3 different mechanics before Affinity and no one could figure out what was actually wrong with my car. I finally called them and they were willing to work on my Volvo. They went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with my car and fixed it really fast! I haven’t had any problems with it since. I would definitely recommend them they were awesome.

Affinity is the best shop in town with all of the certifications, top notch equipment and mechanics to make your experience the best. Summer and Mark are admirable business owners with your best interests at heart. If you are in a bind financially they also have different finance options to help you as well. 10/10 recommend Affinity!!!

Absolutely did an amazing job on my car, there were a couple of issues on my car that needed to be fixed and they were so helpful and kind, they explained everything to me that needed to be fixed! I recommend these guys to fix anything you have an issue with your car!!

Took my car in knowing I needed an oil change, but also asking for a detailed assessment of my car. Trying to get an idea of what was worth investing in, and what wasn’t considering the cost of my car, and the estimated life it has left. Everyone there from the first phone call was absolutely professional. Oil change was done timely and I got a detailed report of everything that could be done with my car - and was told the things worth investing in and why. Never felt like I was being over sold. All around best body shop experience I’ve ever had. Thankful for Affinity!

My parents got ripped off by this place. They said they put new vacuum hoses on their van as part of a $1000 repair involving the intake manifold, and now a year later when my dad took the van to a different shop for repairs, the vacuum hoses had never been replaced and it needs a new intake manifold. The new place said the part the vacuum hoses hook onto was busted and had been for a long time so there is no way it was serviced correctly by Affinity Auto. Take your business elsewhere.
