My daughter is a USF student and her Prius a/c stopped blowing air and she called me frantic. I'm in Miami trying to find a good local place. I called a few spots and weeded out a few. I sent her to Affordable AC and had her ask for Doug. Doug and I spoke so we kind of narrowed down the issue. He removed the panel to expose the blower. He confirmed the connector and tapped it a few times and its been working since! Doug is a good guy in my book. Any other shop would have me replace the part. Honest guys should be praised. He earned my business without me even spending a dime!

I just wanted to thank Doug at Affordable A/C Auto for his service on my 2011 Honda Accord. I stopped by his location this AM to inquire about an AC cooling issue. He was working on another vehicle when I arrived but he came out to introduce himself as I entered. I told him about the cooling problem and asked if I should return when he wasn't so busy. He said let me check it and did some diagnostics which confirmed a low freon level. He also did some leak test. After checking the system he determined it was low on freon and refilled the system. He mentioned that it was probably a very slow leak and the added freon should last for a year or more. The A/C works great now and I would to thank Doug for his excellent service to repair my problem. I highly recommend Affordable A/C & Auto Repair for future service. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Affordable AC& Auto Repair is the perfect name for the company. Doug is very straight forward and honest. He even lets you supply your own parts for the repairs, which most mechanics up charge to make additional profit. I took my car here 2011 Honda Civic because ac was not working. He told me my ac work and that only needed freon but that was a lie he charge me $89 dollars and didn’t even fix my issue after I try coming back told him my ac is not working he was rude about it and didn’t help me out I am very upset and disappointed at this place anyways I took car somewhere else at Honda auto stop and they fix my issue and told me the issue with my ac and told me my Freon was way to high so the Honda auto parts handle what this place could not which is shame . Don’t waste your time like me taking your car here and hard working money then don’t get issues fix . You should refund my money for not fixing my issue and lying to me

( he deleted my last one but I will keep posting it ) I will never go to this place again in my life , Doug is a rip off , Affordable should be taken out of their name , Doug told me he would charge me 800$ to do a front end change on my car , ( Lower control arm, upper , sway bar links ) I paid him 200$ to get the parts and to confirm I wanted to do the job , I work a busy schedule and I'm a father too two little girls so a month or two went by before I came back , I found someone who could do the job cheaper and let Doug know , he said okay I can bring the price down from 800 and you already gave me 200 so instead of 600 extra . I can give him 300 . Bringing the total to 500 instead of 800 . We confirmed the price before I dropped off my car ( at 10am) so 4pm comes by and he calls me all hostile saying he can't do that price after we literally agreed to that price hours before . He refused to give me my money back for a service I didn't render and told me to go to hell . I will be taking him to court in due time . I WOULD NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE IF I WAS YOU .

Doug was extremely personable and genuinely cared about my concerns. I walked in with trouble with my ac and asked for a recharge. He looked, didn’t find a problem there, and decided to investigate until the problem was fixed!!! Saved me a ton of stress!!! I’m coming back here every time.

I called to see if they do A/C check for free and they said yes and then hung up on me. I’m not sure what happened but whatever it was, they were rude on the phone. They didn’t even bother to ask why I called or what was the problem. Good job, you guys. You blew me off. I’d give this 0 star if I could.

Amazing service. I had an AC compressor that needed to be replaced. After about a month of getting frustrated from other locations charging $100-200 just for the diagnostics and multiple quotes around $2000, they asked me to bring it in and they'd look at it for free. Not only that, but also they quoted me for a fraction of the cost and I now have cool air blowing in my car 🙏🏽😎🧊

I took my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Affordable AC in August of 2023 as the AC on the drivers side was not very cool and on the passengers side was warm. I got there at about 4:30PM and they diagnosed it while I waited, ordered the parts, and fixed the following day. They honored their estimate, even though the repairs took additional time, and the price was extremely fair, and way less than I had paid for similar work on a different car in the past. I would highly recommend these gentlemen as highly competent and honest.

Was having some staring issues with my car along with the AC being out. Had another mechanic tell me it was going to need a whole new compressor and told me it would be a few days. Brought my car to Doug and his team and they had everything fixed within a DAY with a far much better price I was first quoted. If you’re looking for somewhere to bring your car that you can trust I HIGHLY recommend. Timeliness, customer service, and great communication. 10/10
