This was the worst repair shop I've been too. They put a faulty engine in my car which had a constant oil leak, which caused me over $2000 in additional repairs because the oil leak was causing other parts to go out. When I went to them regarding the leak, they kept charging the oil filter saying it was bad. They changed the filter 4 times in 1 month and refused to see if there was another issue causing the leak

i’m honestly not one to write reviews, but i can’t not say anything about the horrible experience i had here. my friend shipped some tires to this shop to be installed on my vehicle. the mount & balance was cheap, $100, and they got them done fairly quickly. however, i noticed immediately that there was loud clunking noise when accelerating and taking a sharp right. further, my tire pressure monitoring system wasn’t working. i called the shop to ask if they were able to reset my TPMS and he said he does not do that, he just installs the tires. my car is newer, so i thought - okay, that’s fair. then i ask the man about the noise - did they notice anything when replacing the tires? as a mechanic, could he think of potential issues when hearing the noise i described? nope, he had absolutely no idea. no offer to help, bring it back in, or even a thought on what it could be. was short with responses and honestly, pretty rude. i ended up taking my car to another shop to be checked out. turns out, the front TPMS sensor was completely gone and had to replaced. then, they realize what was causing the noise - when my tires were replaced, the lug nuts were over overtorqued so bad that several of the rods were broken. i ended up spending another $300 on these repairs. an easy, straightforward tire replacement couldn’t even be done correctly. i would avoid this shop at all costs.

Bought a 2006 Escape from them. Transfer xase went oyt with in 3 weeks. AA wouldnt return my calls. Had 2 wait 3 weeks for title. Will nvr byy from here again.

Bought the car in The middle of march , here we are in June 1 new battery later 1 new transmission and still having problems I thought this was a good decision but i clearly see it was honestly the worst place in the city to try and get a car from

The old man forgets to close the door on the breaks after inserted… smh no one should have to go back because a noise is heard. Fix it properly, then at the time of pick up. He’s given me other ppls keys and argues that he’s right. Sad. Think he’s do for retirement.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.... charged me upwards of $900 for power steering pump and new battery along with pulley... however my car was never fixed... funny right... the issue I had prior to takin it there was the exact problem it had when it came out... do yourself a favor and pass over this business...

Had brake service done and the mechanic forgot to do part of his job and close the bleeder valve all the way. Inner rim paint peeled off and air got into my brake line. Take it back and it takes all day to fix something that they caused.

Hate this place supposedly they fixed my control vehicle system computer they charged me over eight hundred dollars, after I picked my vehicle up all my service lights were on and now I have two oil leaks in my engine I paid for brand new items and received used don't recommend at all. Have a lawyer and filing against them for damages and theft.

Oh boy where do I start.... Just tragic 😡🤬.. Been paid and my car still not running right.. Claim they waiting on parts... Like how long do it take for parts to come in... When this is all said and done...I won't be back not even to get my tires rotated 👎🏾😡

I will NEVER take my vehicle back to this place. Guy who answered the phone was rude every time I called. My car smelt like an astray. My driver seat had grease stain on it. And my 60 day tag was stolen.

took my car in for a simple inspection and a tune-up and I have a Corolla Toyota typical model parts available all around the world had to keep my car overnight and I almost a second day , until I told them I had to go to work to pay the bill that I owe them would not recommend these people do most anyone out there for the price that I paid for a tune-up I could have gone to Toyota and gotten quality products without the hassle and probably done. within an hour or so.

I'm giving them 4 stars for the repair. I'm subtracting 2 because my car smelled like cigarette smoke (or some other type of smoke) after they repaired it, and the waiting area smelled like cigarette smoke as well, even though there was a "No Smoking" sign inside. I never had this problem at any other vehicle repair place. Maybe the state of Missouri needs stricter smoking laws.

This is the worst place ever.. I suggest you stay a way from this Auto careless. The guy who is in the reception is races and because he didn’t fix the car correctly he doesn’t want me to complain. He went inside and grab his gun. For no reason. He prepared it in his pocket. Stay a way.

Worst place. When I bought my car they passed my inspection. Five months later I went somewhere else to get an inspection and it wouldn't pass because there were huge holes in the mufflers. I brought it back to affordable auto and they said that it was not like that when they passed it said they did that in the 5 months. Very rude and yelled and cussed at me in front of my 3 year old when I told them another mechanic said that it would've been there then.

Absolutely the worst place on earth. Avoid at all cost. Simple MO inspection. Multiple trips multiple excuses they couldn't do it. Liars. Go elsewhere for any service as you won't find it here.

HORRIBLE!!! they have very bad communication they been having my car for a week. They never called to let me know what's going on with my car and why is it's taking so long just to do a wheel alignment.. every time I call they claim they working on it and the ugly fat girl always lying saying she going to call back to let me know more about my car but never do...

They've always properly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle, never had any problems from them. Labor is $65/hr, which is much lower than most shops, so their name isn't a lie. However their cheap price does mean they're usually very busy so they can't always get to my vehicle that day, which isn't really any fault of their own, but can be frustrating nonetheless!

This is the worst place to ever take your car for work. I went for a left rite hub, yea they fix it but a week later the same problem happened not to mention the price I had to pay when only having my car 2 weeks...
