If you’re looking for a me mechanic shop that has honest staff with a whole lot of experience, then Affordable Complete Car Care is a trusted place to bring your vehicle. I’ve been going there for years and I can say I really appreciate the honesty, reasonable prices and great quality of work. The Owner Oscar is a very honest person and delivers great customer service. I have built a relationship with them over the years and honestly at this point all the staff including Oscar is like family to me.

Their name says it all. “ affordable “ Did cheap kid repairs and try to save parts when I had ask for oem look. Bumper guard they used a piece of TAPE to save it when it was split in half. Inner fenders they didn’t replace. They used self tap In screws to adjust to fit when it just comes off. DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE WORK NOT PROFESSIONAL!

I have had my expedition in and out of this shop for a few months now fixing a variety of things. AC, brakes, resisitor, calipers etc. I had nothing but very professional work done. Everyone was extremely respectful, this company offered one year warranties on everything and honored them.. twice. I hope I don’t have to go back to the shop for a very long time but if I do, I will go back here.

Zero Stars. Had them replace a water pump for me and a week later my car was smoking. When I lifted the hood it looked like there was a leak. I paid to tow it to them to have them see what caused the alternator to go out. I text the issue and my concerns. I received a call the next day from Oscar the owner he was very rude and unprofessional didn't address any of my concerns just talked over me and then threatened me to come get my car sooner than later were his exact words. I had to pay another shop to go pick up my car while i was at work. Only after Oscar was rude to me, did he offer for me to buy an alternator and replace at no cost as a favor to me, but after you threaten me no thank you. When the tow truck arrived for my car, Oscar refused to let them take it saying I had to pay a diagnostic fee. He never mentioned it when I told him i was sending someone to pick it up. Not only that I already knew the alternator wasn't working i didn't need a diagnostic. I paid another shop to replace my alternator and when i picked it up noticed Affordable Care Car filled my coolant all the way to the top I guess they thought that would be funny to try to cause me more problems. I would never recommend this place to anyone. All they had to do was explain to me how to liquid leaking was unrelated to the alternator, but instead I was belittled for questioning their work. Even if their work didn't cause my alternator to fail, the way they handled this whole situation made me realize they can't be trusted.

Frank was a life saver! Truly God sent! Had a very random emergency! He was really polite. No run around and straight to the point. Also was open to sharing ways on how to get more affordable parts I needed. And after I bought the part …. He fixed it for FREE!! Yes ! Lol Less than 2 hours back on the road. I’m now a customer for life. ❤️

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I’m new in the area and I was really hoping to have a good experience at this shop but it was a totally SCAM. I took my vehicle to check some noise in the suspension, engine light and the heater wasn’t working. After using the scanner they say it the oxygen sensor, then after two days they said it was both catalytic converter. Same happened with the heater, that said one thing and they changed to something more expensive. I agreed with the first estimate ($2,800) I asked If could pay with their “finance service” and they said I was approved for ($4,200). After more than a week later, Oscar said that found more problems to fix the heater and he had to charge more ($3,800). I didn’t agree to that and he “worked with me” to leave it on ($3,300). I had no choice but pay cause I was traveling out of town. At the end, they didn’t fix the noise in the suspension and all he had to say was “maybe the problem are the struts”. Maybe????

Giving that I couldn’t get my car to the dealership to get it repaired on time, I took a chance taking it somewhere else. I’m so glad I did! Not only did Affordable Car Care do a great job but the service was amazingly fast. They were great about explaining what the problem was. I didn’t have to wait long before it was repaired and finished. The price was reasonable and affordable. Their customer service was phenomenal. You can feel the heartwarming welcoming throughout the company. I’m thankful that I’ve done business with them and will continue when needed. Thank you! Joyce Henderson

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! These guys are the best. They are highly knowledgeable and let me know of all the repairs that my car needed. They went the extra mile to fix my bumper that was coming lose on one side with no charge. It's always hard to find a good mechanic and I'm glad I found them. Won't go anywhere else!

I have had several incredibly stressful emergency & pretty pricey repairs that needed immediate attention. I'm so glad I chose Affordable Complete Car Care to be the ones that took care of those things. First time working with them, they treated me like family and watching them interact with other customers hearing/seeing the mood of the customer instantly change for the better, I knew I was in the right place. The customer service and genuine communication, kindness of the store owner/manager and his team is exactly what makes me want to choose them first everytime. 2nd experience was exactly the same as the first, genuine and great customer experience! Their prices are very fair and they work with you to try and meet your needs. I'm a lifetime customer for sure. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I have used the shop before with modest results, went back because the issue I took it for wasn’t fully resolved. I had issues with my tail light. I dropped off the car in the morning and didn’t hear anything back from the shop at 5:30pm. I called and got an update that they didn’t know what was causing the failure (which was later contradicted). After I asked why I didn’t get an update Oscar said they changed the bulb and it was working but “somebody connected a hot wire” going to the light. They only place that’s worked on my lights in the last year is this place. I mentioned this to him and told him this is the third time my car has been in his shop for this issue. Oscar said my records only show you’ve been here twice and we have never worked on your lights. Unbelievable!! The last time it was in the shop on 7/5/23 they worked on my tail lights and had to clean the connectors and said nothing else was wrong. Two weeks later my son got pulled over for the same tail lights not working. I simply wanted the lights fixed. When I went to pick up the car Oscar smugly said “we fixed your lights”. I almost felt bad for reading him the riot act for his poor service until 38 minutes later, the same tail light wasn’t working again. Don’t go to this place. Anyone that tells you “I’m very honest” typically isn’t.

Oscar and his team are the absolute best. My dad had been going here for years because of the price. When I had a major accident and needed a reasonable price for repairs, I decided to come here. So glad I did. They are upfront about what's necessary and what's not. They do a great job and they are always friendly to those who come to their shop. Highly, highly recommend. Will probably never go anywhere else!
