Absolutely fantastic service!!!! Leo responded promptly when my car wouldn’t start due to a completely drained battery. Only other option was to have it towed to a shop. He arrived quickly, replaced the battery on the spot, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Bad experience. Paid $400 and also got overcharged for the a basic battery change, and to top it off there was no issue with the battery it was an alternator issue. Will be filling a charge back as I'm extremely upset I paid for an unnecessary service. Mechanic name was Leo

Leo inspected a car before I purchased it and explained everything to me in detail including all of the risks. He had a list of items for vehicle inspections and maintenance that he'd written up and shared so that I could understand more about the inspection. The car ran out of gas during the test drive and he was super calm about it, got gas from the seller and still completed the test drive and inspection after without rushing or cutting corners. Thank you for honoring your warranty on my battery Leo! I was sitting in my car for a little bit with the engine off and the battery I bought from Leo died. We made an appointment and met in front of my house. He had my car up and running again in no time. It was clear he could've charged me again but he didn't. Very honorable :)

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. DO NOT rely on them for help! We had a scheduled appointment, but instead of respecting the time, he decided to go get food first. Then, without warning, he canceled the entire appointment. Completely unprofessional behavior and honestly baffling. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

I was in a rush and Leo came over in a heartbeat and changed out the starter on my Corolla. He jacked my car up into the air got covered in dirt and did it quickly and efficiently. He put a five-year guarantee that it was going to continue working. He also let me know my car looks great for how many miles it has. Highly recommend and thank you so muchfor the discount

I went to this shops a month or two back in hopes for an oil change but when I came back one of the mechanic (Leo) told me there were problems with my engine. He would explain that something is broken but not show me it’s broken and tell me I need 300$ + time to fix it when I denied politely, he request I leave a 5 star review a fake one if you will saying he will give me a major discount on my supposed car problems. This place is a con shop and will scam you simply for the sake of money and refuse to aid you any further. Edit: I’ve had this account for years what new account ? Please get better quality service.

Tried to get a diagnosis. Leo wanted to get me to agree to a certain price before my car was even locked at. I said I needed to reschedule my time to get my car looked at and when I called him back he hung on me. Great customer service 😒🤔
