We were in Waco recently for a horse show, when the hydraulic jack on our LQ horse trailer stop functioning as expected. Called around for assistance so that we weren't stranded, and luckily reached out to Jim who was able to share enough instruction over the phone for us to get back on the road. Very knowledgable and highly recommended for RV repair in the Waco area.

Had a water leak called jim late in the afternoon he came out first thing the next morning while fixing the leak he found some drain pipes that weren't glued correctly and he got those fixed as well. Great guy and friendly customer service.

Jim came over to the RV park where me and my family were staying, our kitchen sink stopped working and he showed up fast and got it up and running in no time, real friendly and have good knowledge on any other issues, great prices and doesn’t price gouge, very honest and trusting guy, highly recommend his services!!! We had a problem with a toilet valve leaking when we were setting up on a Saturday evening. I was looking for a replacement valve but it was already after 7pm. Too my surprise he answered the phone and allowed me to come to his house and buy it from him. Super nice man and very honest and helpful. Would highly recommend him. Thanks again!

Mr. Jim talked to me on Friday and helped me to get my airconditioner running. The next day he came out to my RV and decided that I needed a new fan motor. He quickly got us set up and our airconditioner is working nicely and it was on Labor Day weekend. I am so glad Magnolia RV Park recommended him. His prices were reasonable and he was a huge help. I will definitely use him again.

Driving cross country and had propane issues. Jim was not able to physically help as he was already swamped with AC work. He took the time to direct us to a gas company in the area that fixed our issue. Not everyone would provide this kind of assistance!

I cant say enough good things about Jim. We had a unexpected plumbing issue in our rv. He was so helpful taking my call after normal business hours and walked me through a temporary solution over the phone untill he could get to me the very next day. He was so courteous, thoughtful and even fixed an issue with our door that we were having at no additional cost. It's truly refreshing to find and do business with people like Jim. I only wish he was closer to our home base so we could use him more! Highly recommend and will use again when in the Waco area if needed.

Jim is that guy! Our AC went out over the weekend, being new to the area, I turned to Google to find a repair service. Jim had some of the best reviews, so we gave him a call and we were not disappointed. Jim walked me through possible causes, told me exactly what to look for and had it diagnosed in a couple of minutes. He squeezed us in today, even though he had about 10 other service calls. He made it here, took care of the paperwork. Got it fixed in no time and the AC is blowing colder than ever. Even without a warranty Jim's prices are extremely reasonable. Now I know exactly who to call next time we have any issue with our travel trailer in Waco. Give this man a call. You won't be disappointed.

My water heater was making horrible soot marks on my RV so I contacted Jim of Affordable RV Repair, then a week later my AC in m.y RV went out. He came out ASAP, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I bought my RV a year ago, the AC was never very good. After his service today, my entire RV is nice and cool. I highly recommend.

We were newcomers to the RV world and when our refrigerator started acting up, I googled “RV repair “ and called Jim with Affordable RV repair. He was very courteous and asked me several questions trying to diagnose the problem over the phone. I tried a few things that he recommended, but had to call back. Jim worked us into his schedule and came out to find a new fridge was needed. Jim ordered the unit and came back this week and installed the unit. He even had to remove one of entry doors to swap out the refrigerators. He worked in drizzle rain but never missed a beat! No doubt, Jim knows his way around any RV. Jim is very professional and truly gave 110 percent to complete the work. He answered all my questions and gave me a few suggestions. Thank you sir, job well done! Jim is definitely the person to call if you need help with your RV issues.

Mr.Jim is a rare gem. In the last 60 days We bought & installed new stackable washer & dryer / ran a pain the ... Dryer vent. Replaced an AC under warranty. After being defeated by searching and calling around town for a part, I pull back into the Extraco event center trailer parking where we were for a horse event. Jim with Affordable RV Repair just happened to be parked a few trailers down working on another job. When he finished he came over and proceeded to fix our water line/plumbing issue so we could enjoy water throughout the trailer! Then he proceeded to climb on top of the trailer to investigate a rackety AC noise and ended up replacing the busted fan blower. So glad you were there when I came back defeated! Highly recommend!! Very helpful and explained everything he did. Thanks Jim!

Called him explained my issue he was very rude after he stated in a text to call him, then when he was called was very ugly about his Sunday nights are his nights and pretty much was hung up on, VERY RUDE.

Friendly on time courteous,trustworthy very informative .He explained my rv to me I definitely will call him with any problems with my rv.. 2nd visit August 21 2023 Had new waterheater put in. I could not recommend this company enough. Jim has gone out of his way to be not only quick with service times, efficient in his service, but also affordable. Jim did everything he could possibly do before having to replace our AC. The AC is better now than we have ever had it, and I really can't say how much we appreciate his service. I had a low priority issue. My door lock broke. I called Jim and he was able to work us in. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to repair the lock which saved me a lot of money. He returns calls quickly and answers questions in an easy to understand manner. Great service at a very fair price. Highly recommend his service!!!!

I wish I could give 10 🌟for our experience with Affordable RV Service! The main AC unit stopped working this weekend during the record breaking 100°+ summer and, even though his schedule was already booked for the week, Jim understood our situation and showed up the next morning at 6:45 to make the repairs! Jim asked for pictures and details of our unit so he could come prepared to fix the problem. After he arrived we had cold air blowing within 1 1/2 hours. Finding integrity, honesty and superior work ethic in a repair contractor is rare but defines Affordable RV Repair!

It was just a phone call but they were polite and efficient, I hate to star review them based on that but he took time to answer all my questions and you could tell he was busy by the background noise,so they might be a five star but because of it being only a phone call I'm gonna go with four.

Jim is extremely knowledgable and does what he can to make sure your RV issues are fixed. He answers his phone or calls back asap. He fixed our issue in 5 minutes that another technician couldn't fix after 5 hours. He knows his stuff and is extremely reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend him.

On the spot, short time frame, Jim came through. Actually reasonable, even with me over a barrel, knowledgeable, clean, thorough. I am not easy to please, and I rarely offer five stars. I wish he was in the Georgia mountains!

We just called about a hot water heater problem and he said he wouldn’t have time to come out to our campsite. However, he was kind enough to troubleshoot us through the phone and fix our issues within a couple of minutes. We are so grateful for you taking the time out of your day to help us fix our problem and let us enjoy our camping trip. Great customer service!
