Kirk was very helpful in explaining the issues with my truck. The quotes were pretty spot on and I received updates about my truck’s progress. It’s hard to find a good diesel mechanic but AG is pretty solid! 💪

As a loyal customer for the better part of a decade, my experience has been mostly positive. While not the cheapest place around, I appreciate their attention to detail. I let them do my oil changes mainly for the included bumper to bumper inspection. They check things that I might not take the time for or possibly wouldn't even think of. They stand behind their work and I never worry about my vehicle while it's in their possession. If I need to leave it with them, there's usually someone available to run me home and back. For top notch maintenance, I recommend giving them a shot. I'm only holding off on giving them five stars until a recent billing issue can be resolved.

I had a perplexing issue with my 1997 F350 diesel. It would cease to run intermittently. All sorts of possibilities arouse as to the cause. All through the diagnostic stages I was kept advised as to the process and results thereof. The professional demeanor of their crew was immediately apparent. The thoroughness of their service was amazing. I have not felt so confident that my rig was in this good of hands for years. As Arnold said, I will be back!

Ag added a brake controller and tuned up our rig for a long road trip. I like that they send photos all issues they find and have great communication of what needs to be done now and in the future! Thanks! Always happy with how nice our car comes back

I wish I would have found AG Automotive sooner!!! I've had issues with my truck and been to several mechanics. I haven't gotten an answer as to what the problem actually was until now. They sent me the most in-depth accessment I've ever received from an auto shop. They checked my truck from top to bottom and informed me what was urgent to repair and what could wait. I really appreciated their level of professionalism and honesty. An honest mechanic is not always easy to come by and I've found mine! Thanks Andrew & team!

AG Auto is one of the few outstanding auto shops left in the world. Their staff is professional, friendly, informative, and real. The atmosphere of the office and waiting area is clean and welcoming! They know what quality work is, and it shows after just one visit. Trust is very important when you are spending money on your vehicle, and here, that's easy to find. Highly recommend stopping by when in need of a mechanic!

AG Automotive is first rate and trustworthy! When you get your vehicle checked, they're very thorough and will honestly tell you what's needed right away and what can wait. They've not charged me when something was simple fix and no parts were needed and that's integrity!

They helped me with my 30k service on my RAM after I had a bad experience with the dealership. Kirk stayed in good coordination and they kept their promises with when I would have my truck back, etc. Will definitely come back for all future services on my truck.

Broke down on a 106 degree day 60 miles from and a local police officer on the scene helped me get my car towed to AG Automotive. They gave me refuge in a nice air conditioned waiting room, plied me with ice water while I waited for my ride on home. They were very responsive, thorough, and compatibly priced to where I would have taken my car had I been home. After a new alternator, battery, serpentine belt and water pump, I’m back in business. They were easy to work with I definitely recommend their services. Jan Jackson

This is my go to place for my sprinter van. I’ve been to almost all of the MB dealers up and down the West Coast, and even into the Midwest, and they treat sprinter drivers like the black sheep of Mercedes-Benz. I always expect way more from Mercedes. This place, however, they’ve always got my back. They keep track of what happens to my van in between my services, and help me navigate what needs to happen next. They’ve even supported me while I’m on the road. Also, their bathrooms are super nice and clean. I definitely recommend this place, their service team, and their technicians.

This place is tip top. I took my 97 powerstoke in there. They have wonderful service and and upfront pricing. They are very communicative and provide photos of everything they find. This will be my long time mechanic for sure!

Took my 1995 Dodge diesel in recently for some work. They had great service, great communication, and a very detailed breakdown for the inspection and work done. They also threw in about 200$ worth of work for no added charge! I would definitely recommend.
