Update: 01/08/205 Don diagnosed my electrical issue in 30 seconds, fixed it in 5 seconds and charged me $. This is why I bring real issues to Don when it comes to auto care needs. I have referred friends as well. He and his team are awesome. Old review: Don and his team at Agnew Auto Care came through for my friend when she needed him most. Her Audi was leaking coolant and was at risk of overheating and eventually engine failure. Don diagnosed the issue with special equipment that isolated the problem. He then checked the part number in his system, gave us a schematic of the part and said that if we got the part asap he could do a same day installation! This was music to my friend’s ears because her and her family rely on this car for transportation. The cost was VERY reasonable and he had the job completed the same day, as promised. I highly recommend Agnew and Don’s team.

Super rude and least helpful people. Any others you see giving gud reviews are bought up by these people. People need to know that whatever happens, arrogance always kills success. Be nice to everyone 😊.

Has been with Agnew Auto for more than 15 years. All my family cars are taken care by Don. Don is very professional and patient. He always found problem precisely. Only problem is he is always busy. You need to expect extra time for him to work on your car.

Would give 0 star if i can, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Don is rude, a very terrible and unprofessional person. Does not let you pick up the car even if I have agreed to pay and scheduled the payment. Saying things like "Oh I didn't see". Have to call the tow crew for FOUR times and I have to call him to argue with him and show the receipt. Waste too much time and money and doesn't even get my car repaired. If you see this review, please please do not come to this place and never support the business like this.

I was here for work and had issue with the car. I just went in without any appointments and he was generous to take a look at our car and fix the issue. I wish I had a similar mechanic in my city too.

The owner may be "old school" and have that old school style of talking but he's sincere and honest...last of the honest auto shop? He tells you as it is, which can sound coarse and "wild" to some. I've been taking all my vehicles here...post dealer warranties and maintenance.

I used to visit here for simple oil change ,went in for brake pads plus oil change did me less then a hour and change me almost 1000$ this is a toyota corolla I'm telling you stay clear away from this place. Fake positive reviews unless man was racist against me

Extremely rude and unprofessional. My friend got a flat tire. We went there and he just stuffed the hole on the tire with something and that’s it. After we asked very nicely if that was enough. He started moving his hands in the air, saying his done and saying he can put the screw that was in the tire back in. We told him we will come back if the tire has any issues and he turned around and did not talk to us. This morning the tire was flat and my friend missed their very important meeting!!

I would give 0 if I can. My friends and I got a flat tire and drove to this shop because it was very close to where we were and it seems it had good reviews. There was just a small screw in the tire. One of the people in the shop looked at it. He had us rotate the wheel so the part of the tire that was damaged would be out and accessible. Then, he took the screw out, and showed us some material that he claimed to be the highest quality!! He just literally shoved those in the hole on the tire and he said we are done! Nothing more! This morning, around fifteen hours after “he fixed” the tire, it is completely flat!! Lost my meeting!! We just got scammed by this store. Fake positive reviews.

This was a good shop a few years back now they are rude stressed and over worked, went to get some basic work done and was told they couldn’t do it. The place was always been overpriced now they’re unprofessional too stop doing business with people who don’t value your business/money.

Very rude staff. I wen there to get the tire checked as I spotted a nail in it. Staff was very rude, I decided to try other place instead to give my business to such rude service.Avoid unless absolutely necessary.
