Overcharges and Unauthorized Debit Transactions: Upon agreeing on a used motor with 30,000 miles, I was unexpectedly delivered a vehicle with 90,000 miles for $8,000. This discrepancy was not disclosed until the day of pickup. Furthermore, an additional charge was applied for a replacement turbocharger, despite the removal of the original turbocharger. Additionally, unauthorized debit transactions were charged without prior approval. The warranty, which was discussed and provided at the time of pickup, was not included in our initial agreement. Vehicle Breakdown and Safety Concerns: After acquiring the truck, it experienced a breakdown on the highway, leaving us stranded. Photographic evidence of the incident was taken, but we were unjustly blamed for the breakdown, despite the truck losing most of its fluids and stalling. We narrowly avoided an accident while regaining control of the vehicle. The team at Aiden's was great! I broke one of the lug nuts on my jeep with the wheel still on and they were able to extract it and bet me back on the road quick! I highly recommend Aiden's and I will be back for any of my auto repair needs.

They did a good job and fixed the issues with my truck, but it took much longer than expected, and communication was lacking. I was not informed of what repairs were done or how much the repairs were going to cost until I arrived to retrieve my truck. The total price was a shock. Like I said, they did a good job, but it wasn't the best experience I've ever had.

Excellent little shop right off the I40! Awesome mechanic team!! Took my Ram 3500 in there that has been having.issues for a while. Not even the dealer could diagnose it correctly. Feels Awesome to hammer down back to Oklahoma without fear of the limp mode!! Haha!! Thx guys you rock!

My mom recommended me to bring my car in to Aiden’s diesel because I’ve been having some issues with it and so far Cesar has delivered great quality service at a reasonable price. I recommend this place very much ,, I’ll be coming here all the time if I need soemthing fixed, I won’t be going back to my old mechanic.

My wife and I were traveling thru new mexico and broke down Aiden's came to our rv park and picked the truck up and towed it to their shop worked on it for 3 days and figured out what all the issues were pricing is very fair and they were all friendly and kept us informed on everything being done thank you to the team at Aiden's now we will be back on the road 😀

Thank you SOOOO much for getting the truck up and running again. We love Albuquerque, but our adventure needed to continue onwards. So glad you know your stuff better than the other 2 local mechanics that tried to fix the problem with little results. Your professionalism, kindness, and hospitality is greatly appreciated. The entire experience was made as seemless as it could be made being we were stranded in Albuquerque with a 5th wheeled camper in tow. You and your crew went above and beyond the call of duty. Awesome business! From the first phone call to the last, they were very patient, helpful and kind. On our way to the Grand Canyon with another couple from Georgia, we were pulling our camper when our truck quit. I found Aiden’s on Google so my husband called. The young lady took care of us and lined us up to get our truck taken care of. On a Saturday at that! They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price! We thank you so much for getting us up and running so we could get on the road!!

We broke down on our trip to Nebraska and had to get our repair done that day. It was Friday afternoon and they completed are repairs by 5:00. They went above and beyond to get our truck repaired that day.

Big thanks to these guys!!! We had road issues on our tour and stopped by to get my jeep wrangler fixed. Cesar worked hard to get the parts I need to get back on the road staying over time and paying his people over time. I don’t take things like that for granted in a world where people are them first. They’re friends now🫶🏿❤️

While traveling across the country pulling a fifth-wheel my Ford 350 head and turbo pump air leak. We called Cesar, and Caesar said bring it in that he would look in it. Even though he had customers waiting for their vehicles because of our situation, he looked at the truck diagnosed a problem and repaired it all on a very busy Friday afternoon. That really means a lot when you don't have an option to drop off a vehicle and you're trying to get across the country. Thank you again Cesar for the prompt and great service. Jim

Do not do business with this establishment. They sold a vehicle " no issues" that needed a complete Transmission overhaul. The transmission work is costing more than the purchase of the vehicle. 5 days after purchase when confronted they refused any responsibility. The vehicle wasn't even driven 40 miles from the time of purchase.Their commitment to quality is garbage. They obviously do not warrantee their work as the web site states. Be weary they will trick you and cheat you out of your money . The deception began immediately -when we looked at the vehicle before purchase there was no visible leaks. Aiden's was pushy about an immediate decision claiming they had other buyers. The vehicle began dripping transmission fluid as soon as it was parked after purchase. Leading me to believe they were aware of the leak and moved the vehicle before we got there. Aidens claimed to have obtained the vehicle when it was abandoned when it needed a simple repair. I now believe the vehicle was abandoned because the extensive work needed to the transmission. Aidens refused to refund our money or make right by the needed repairs. We came to replace the 7 way plug. They were asking for a higher price than the average, about $550, but we were in a hurry so we agreed. But when they finished the job, they asked for a crazy $750. And said it was a good price. They counted 3 hours of work for 5 and said that it should be like that. So I strongly do not recommend these guys unless you want to get ripped off
