This was the best experience I have had at a shop. They were so kind to me at a time that was a bit stressful. I 100% will be going back to them. They had great music, a clean bathroom, sodas and it smelt like Christmas. Please go here

This was the only shop I called that was familiar with my vehicle and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. After dropping my vehicle off they sent me live updates with pictures and videos of my vehicle. The mechanic "Joe" was a rock star and treated my ride proper. Awesome job on my Honda Element and I'm grateful to have found an HONEST shop. They will be getting MUCH more of my business for sure.

Guillermo, JD, Jake and the entire crew are awesome. I brought in a rare import for a once over and Guillermo was able to tell me everything I needed to address to include a clogged washer fluid line. They listed the things that needed attention immediately to what I can address later. JD and Jake kept me updated throughout the entire process and were very efficient. What’s awesome is their wide knowledge of vehicles as well. I’ll be going back to them for future services.

Horrible work ethics here! Save your time and money if you need a tow. They will try to do anything to get out of work. They’ve been turned in to AAA. We had a car in the ditch and they tried to make CSP come out in cold reporting for nothing. When the police arrived (after the tow driver left) they said there was no reason for them to be called and were a bit irritated at the company.

Save your money and time!! Go somewhere else. Spent well over $6,000.00. Certain things were never fixed or worse. The tire pressure gage was faulty, they said they replaced it, but it never worked properly. Took it back several time to get fixed over at least year time, they just talked down to me, said it was the cold weather or this and that. Went back several times to make right it was never fixed. Then when I’d take it back for that purpose and they’d find something else wrong so I’d have to pay more money. The referral program is a joke as well. I feel bad I ever referred anyone to this mechanic.

Fantastic service! My jeep had my esp lights going off saying I needed to service my four wheel drive. On a Friday at 12:00pm. No one else was able to get me in. I called them they got me in 20 minutes later took me home. Had my car back up and running in a few hours. Great people, great service, honest and helpful! I'm a former service advisor I sold cars for many years. I would definitely recommend this place hands down the best in town.

I was amazed how thoughtful and creative they were about finding effective solutions to fix my truck without breaking the bank. I've rarely found a mechanic who took the time to find lower-cost methods to 100% fix a problem. I trust Airport Auto and will be returning.

Originally went in for an ac compressor check but I went with a comprehensive check as well which really gave me insight into problems I will be dealing with and future problems, the staff there are very friendly. I do feel like they are legit because the amount of detail provided in the reports alone do not lie, where as other mechanics shops like to play around as I have experienced in the past with your vehicle and money. Like I said before too, the detailed pdf and report that you get from the comprehensive check is amazing, you get pictures referencing the vehicles and explanations to everything, and even videos of certain thing about your vehicle. Along with that I am military and I needed a car while they checked and Airport automotive has complementary cars for you while they do the service so this helped incredibly as well. Go in and you will be glad you picked them I truly mean this.—— Second experience: Its the morning I get in my car back out my driveway, something gives out. Long story short it was a tie rod bolt and pin that were missing, I called Airport Automotive and they got their tow truck out to me within the hour very fast and got me a loaner car while the work was being performed to fix my rav4. The same day they finished the repairs so I was super glad as I have plans for long road trip coming up. The price was extremly reasonable to which suprised me. But JD and the Airport automotive team kept me updated on the stuff being done to it overall I am glad to have used them as they made my car work better then ever. The steering wheel feels very smooth and not like it was before the whole right tie rod wheel fell off. Highly satisfied with their work and reasonable price.

Airport Automobile are good knowledgeable crew they give you an honest quote and very detailed information. Jaddie and Jake keep you updated and the status of your repair. Rick is a very detailed technician. Real good work and care about the quality that he performs on your vehicle. The whole environment is welcoming. If you need a good mechanic, give them a try. Great service! I needed a lot of repairs on my car and they were able to get it in immediately, and provided a loaner car while they had mine. JD did a great job of taking a part and putting together my car. Good shuttle drivers as well and also completely drinks :). Would take my car there again!

The service was outstanding. They adjusted their schedule and got started on my car promptly. They provided a loaner car. AND, the work was completed several hours earlier than expected. My car is running great again, and all warning lights are off! The whole process was positive, thanks to the friendly, helpful staff and excellent mechanic.
