Had a chat with Tom about a car purchase, he was very up front about the condition and as I understood it he is very protective of his reputation and for me that is admirable. As I write this a deal has yet to be struck and no matter the end result I feel my best interest has always been a priority to him. If you are reading this and wondering if this is the place to go I would encourage you to call them, I think you will find him quite hospitable and eager to help.

We've been customers here for many years, even with their growth, we get treated well all the time. They really seem to know what they're doing, never had to go back for a second repair and they only proceed when we're comfortable with the repair.

Bunch of crooks, took thing out of my car, didn't fix it or call me, made a bunch of excuses and sent me a bill, ended having to sign the title over cause of there little scheme, I wouldn't trust them wit my belongings

My son’s alternator went out on his Infinity on his way home on I29. I put my trust in the 24 hour tow truck company to deliver it to a reliable mechanic in Sioux Falls for repair as it was early morning and no one was open yet. Let me tell you, these guys are great! They communicated with me about the work that it needed down to the dollar and verified with me before they did the repairs and got my son’s car fixed up before the end of the next business day. Highly recommend Airway Auto! I will be a return customer if I have vehicle issues in the Sioux Falls area.

Such kind workers! Heat shield was loose and was on a road trip through to Chicago. They took it in right away and secured it for me. Told me not to worry about it and enjoy my trip! So grateful!

Absolute thieves. They will do twice the work you asked for then demand payment. They will do more work then needed to run up the bill. It’s pretty bad when you can take it to the dealership and spend considerably less money.

dropped my 2013 Mitsu Outlander Sport off because my key would no longer turn in the ignition because it was so worn out. the part was to be $600 directly from Mitsu but Chris was able to fix and clean the ignition as well as cut a key to code for 1/3 that. i was referred to this company from a family member and would refer them to ALL my friends. they take care of you. they understand shipping delays and bumps along the road. i had my loaner from them for about a week and will never use anyone else for car repairs. this was my 2013s FIRST trip to a shop for repairs beyond tires and oil changes. these guys care about you and your experience as a customer. see you again, but hopefully not too soon haha! also, George i thank you for your expertise, patience, and service. you are the easiest person to work with when it comes to service estimates since i am always budget conscious. thank you Airway!

All my vehicles go to Airway and they are always more than accommodating. I don't know of a mechanic shop anywhere else that has a fleet of loaners at no charge and readily available. Tom and his employees are great! Thanks for always keeping me on the road and going where I need to on time.

Always have a great experience at airway. Bart is always on time with calling me back and Tom is friendly and helpful. They even gave me a loaner car while they were fixing my pickup! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Wanted to wait awhile to give an honest review, Bought a higher mileage accord around 9 mo. ago. I was in a rough spot as someone had wrecked my previous car and i had limited funds to purchase another vehicle to get me to work, and i did not want to take out a loan. I could go on about the experience but i'll keep it short as possible. i went to 14 other car lots drove at least 20 plus vehicles all had issues as higher mileage cars do. out of all airway had the best in my price range. wasn't expecting it to go far for the price. The car has gotten me to Ill. 3 times all around home to the Oregon coast and to Seattle twice. I have replaced the cooling fan and just replaced brakes last week. had dash light road hazard light come on but was a minor electrical glitch that Honda in the Dalles fixed for free. I'm not related to anyone there nor do i know them in my personal life, but I would buy another car there again without hesitation. They were even good enough to look at my cooling fan for free and pinpoint my problem for me. Bottom line a used car is always a used car no matter where it comes from, But airway are as upfront as even the best dealership can be.
