Bad customer service. Keeps customer waiting indefinitely for state inspections while they are trying to sell used cars to other customers.

This is the worst place for an inspection. I went there twice and they gave me a card because the person who does the inspection was not there at the moment. I called the phone number they gave me before going to make an appointment. They told me to come because they were not busy. When I arrived, they told me they only accept cash. I went to get the cash, and when I returned, they told me I had to wait 2 hours. They were not doing anything and there was no one in the place. They made me waste my time. Sir, this is not how things are done. That's why I called beforehand to know if I could get the inspection by appointment. Besides, they didn't even attend to me after I got the cash. They sent another man who was very apologetic. The worst place to change tires or get an inspection. Rude and unpleasant person.

After calling 5 places who didnt have time to inspect my vehicle, I found A&J. We just moved here from out of state and Sergio gave us information on properly getting our vehicles taken care of. He was super polite and when we came back for our inspection after insuring our vehicles it only took 5 mins, with no appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place was amazing! Sergio was the only worker there & still managed to get me in & out in 20 mins ! Not only did he help me when I arrived, but even prior I spoke with him on the phone & he answered all of my inspection questions and told me he could see me right away. Overall this is a very hardworking man and a down to earth company will be back again!!

My boyfriend and I have separately both gone to this place before, at different times and different days of the week. We were each ignored upon arrival. I left after 5 minutes… definitely wouldn’t waste your time here.

I think $20 for a flat tire repair was a little high, knowing they do it for free at Discount Tires. I only came here because I also needed a state car inspection. Sergio was friendly; their credit card terminal wasn't working, and I didn't have enough cash, so he let me pay half of the total cost after I left via money transfer because I had to get to work.

Only 2 workers. One guy told me the other guy was doing paperwork for someone purchasing a car. And he said he himself doesn't do tires. What a joke. How do you work at a tire shop and not have experience replacing tires?

Very professional and efficient. I completed my car inspection in far less than 20 minutes and the owner Sergio was very kind to guide me when I first called the place!! Will definitely come back for anything tire and car inspection related.

Yesterday i went for my Car inspection when he started the inspection he said to me that you car tyres were not good but they are in really good conditions. I start argue with him and he said i cannot do your car inspection you have to change your tyre from my shop and then he said your windows wipers were also not good. I said ok i have to go then he said to me that if i changed my windows wiper from him he will pass my Car inspection i agreed to changed wipers but he charged me for $30 for wipers those are $18 at walmart's and he passed my car inspection. Be carefull whenever you go for car inspection he will try to find something from you car to charge more.... Radicals....😡😡😡😡
