Called Al Medina's Auto Repair for quote on my 2013 Hyundai which needed its steering coupler replaced. Al told me to bring in my vehicle the next morning and he would have it done SAME DAY. The following day, i dropped my car off at 7:30am and was given a courtesy call at noon to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up! Repairs were affordable and done quickly. Al also assured me if I had any issues to please come back to the shop. Fast, open schedule availability, accountable, and affordable - what more could you want in a mechanic?

I had some ugly scrathes and dents on my car, I got quote from multiple different places but these guys gave me the best deal and fixed my porsche panamera 4s like its brand new. I never thought that my car can be fixed this good. They have the skills, passion and knack for it. Amazed by the job. You should definitely go get your car fixed from them. Amazing team

These guys are the best in business, they know what they are doing, they took me in quick, they fixed my car quicker and they charged me alot less than the market price. They can pin point any problem on any toyota hybrids in an instant. Great team, amazing job. Simply the best

I had a very disappointing experience couple of weeks ago at this workshop. The owner's behavior towards customers was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. They displayed poor communication throughout the process, leaving me uninformed about the status of my vehicle.What made the situation worse was their apparent ego and unwillingness to address concerns or provide clear answers. Instead of offering solutions or showing respect, they were dismissive and rude. I would not recommend this place if you value good customer service and clear communication. There are many other garages that treat their customers with respect and professionalism.

Fast, friendly, and fair pricing. I was visiting from out of town and knew I needed a new serpentine belt for my 4Runner, which also needed new license plate screws because the old ones were broken and stuck. They got me in for work the morning after I called and had me back on the road in just a few hours. I'd take my vehicle here again.

Asked for a quote on a body repair, other body shops would quote it at double the price. The service was extra friendly, got the repair done 3 days later once the part was delivered. Done in an hour. Fast and easy!

Al Medina was quick, affordable and professional. They performed a repair my car needed to pass emissions for less than half the cost of a quote I received from a different mechanic. They were also able to perform the work on the same day, and got me in within hours of calling. They also replaced a broken tail light and performed an oil change - all for less than the repair estimate I received from another shop. Easily the best experience I've had with a mechanic in Chicago!

Consistently great service, and honest business. I have taken my car in for a variety of services and they've always let me know up front pricing and diagnostics, and given referrals if it's something they don't do. They've also been very nice and looked at small things just for my peace of mind!

I was having an issue with one of my tires. I stopped by Al Medina's to see if they could help. Not only did they fix my tire, the mechanic checked the pressure in the other tires (just because) and I was in and out in under 5min. Would definitely recommend this place!

Finally, an honest mechanic! I’ve been going here for a few years and they have always explained well what was going on with my Ford Fiesta and my Hyundai Tucson, given me a fair price, done the repairs properly, and finished on time. Highly recommended.

This team was fantastic to work with. They fixed everything that I brought my car in for, found another issue that they fixed at part cost, and even fixed my mirror at no charge! Very honest shop with great customer service and good body & auto work. I got in a accident rear ending another car in front of me and quickly looked for a shop that did both body and auto work on a car and stumbled upon Al Medina as it was close to my residence and had pretty positive reviews. They did an excellent job repairing my car and even fixed my horn for free which the claims adjuster missed in his evaluation. I went back again to fix a rattling issue, a cabin air filter, and a check engine issue and Mohammed, the owner, was very honest in his evaluation of the check engine light in that it said it was the catalytic converter but it could be resolved by running premium gas a couple cycles through the tank. He also fixed the rattling in my car for free and I ended up only paying for my cabin air filter. Their honesty and good pricing has earned a returning customer for me.

Busy shop always bussling! Wait times are great during certain hours. Cheap prices! The dealership quoted me 200% more. Al medina really wanted to look at it before giving me a quote and gave me a few options to pick from. They dont try to push extras on you like most places.

True lifesavers! I was leaking power steering fluid because of a botched job at a "big box" auto garage. Medina & company found the problem right away, fixing it easily. Another time, they bailed me out on an emissions test quite quickly. Only place I'll be taking my car from now on!

Wow. This place is amazing. First time I met an honest mechanic. I got recently got body work done and my wiper motor fixed here, in 4hrs, so I told them to do an oil change too. Great prices and quality service. Will be recommending to all my friends and family. Ask for Nadeem. He's the man!!
