Had a great experience. Took my 2004 Lexus RX 330 in for a winter check-up. They found a few issues that they were able to take care of the same day. Very reasonable prices. Great job taking care of my lexus. Super friendly and experienced. Highly recommend!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic store. The management was rude and displayed poor communication skills, showing a complete lack of respect for customers. They even used offensive language during our interaction, which is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting. On top of that, they raised the price to $450 for a repair that I later got fixed for $230 at another mechanic, who treated me with much more respect and professionalism. I can’t help but feel that they added an extra $200 to the cost as retaliation for standing up to their rude behavior. Their unprofessionalism, offensive language, and poor treatment of customers make this a place I would never recommend to anyone

Called Al Medina's Auto Repair for quote on my 2013 Hyundai which needed its steering coupler replaced. Al told me to bring in my vehicle the next morning and he would have it done SAME DAY. The following day, i dropped my car off at 7:30am and was given a courtesy call at noon to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up! Repairs were affordable and done quickly. Al also assured me if I had any issues to please come back to the shop. Fast, open schedule availability, accountable, and affordable - what more could you want in a mechanic?

I had a very disappointing experience couple of weeks ago at this workshop. The owner's behavior towards customers was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. They displayed poor communication throughout the process, leaving me uninformed about the status of my vehicle.What made the situation worse was their apparent ego and unwillingness to address concerns or provide clear answers. Instead of offering solutions or showing respect, they were dismissive and rude. I would not recommend this place if you value good customer service and clear communication. There are many other garages that treat their customers with respect and professionalism.

I had some ugly scrathes and dents on my car, I got quote from multiple different places but these guys gave me the best deal and fixed my porsche panamera 4s like its brand new. I never thought that my car can be fixed this good. They have the skills, passion and knack for it. Amazed by the job. You should definitely go get your car fixed from them. Amazing team

Fast, friendly, and fair pricing. I was visiting from out of town and knew I needed a new serpentine belt for my 4Runner, which also needed new license plate screws because the old ones were broken and stuck. They got me in for work the morning after I called and had me back on the road in just a few hours. I'd take my vehicle here again.

Asked for a quote on a body repair, other body shops would quote it at double the price. The service was extra friendly, got the repair done 3 days later once the part was delivered. Done in an hour. Fast and easy!

Al Medina was quick, affordable and professional. They performed a repair my car needed to pass emissions for less than half the cost of a quote I received from a different mechanic. They were also able to perform the work on the same day, and got me in within hours of calling. They also replaced a broken tail light and performed an oil change - all for less than the repair estimate I received from another shop. Easily the best experience I've had with a mechanic in Chicago!

Consistently great service, and honest business. I have taken my car in for a variety of services and they've always let me know up front pricing and diagnostics, and given referrals if it's something they don't do. They've also been very nice and looked at small things just for my peace of mind!

Finally, an honest mechanic! I’ve been going here for a few years and they have always explained well what was going on with my Ford Fiesta and my Hyundai Tucson, given me a fair price, done the repairs properly, and finished on time. Highly recommended.

I was having an issue with one of my tires. I stopped by Al Medina's to see if they could help. Not only did they fix my tire, the mechanic checked the pressure in the other tires (just because) and I was in and out in under 5min. Would definitely recommend this place!
