My favorite place to go to when i need an oil change or to fix or replace my tires. They always take care of me. Lino, Rudy and the rest of the staff are great. I highly recommend going to them for any work that needs to be done on your car. The only place i feel comfortable taking my car to.

This place is amazing. Lino Ochoa has the best honest business in San Antonio. Had issues and his staff Rudy and George went above and beyond to help us while I was traveling from out of town. They deserve ten stars for their professional auto repair service! Always support local!!

I went borught my van in and got a call to come back within 45 minutes. I thought something was wrong, but NO they were done repairing it!!! Going the extra mile other shops won't to ensure customers have transportation.

My sister had her engine replaced a 2 or 3 years ago hey said they put a new engine in her car had to go back first time because they didn't put the seals back so when she drove thru a puddle water got all in the car 2nd issue now at current moment the the engine has multiple oil leaks that shouldnt happen in a newer motor, also this newer engine has one of the same leaks in spark plug 1 bay as the old engine did. Her engine mount also need replacing I feel engine wasnt replaced they took it apart and rebuild the parts that were the issue then charged her for putting a new engine in. Now I'm gonna have shell out a few thousand I don't really have to hopifully fix her car or get another engine entirely

I have used this auto repair shop for years. I dont trust my vehicle with anyone else. Honest friendly reliable fast services. Every few months i get a text asking if i need any repairs done. Great customer service. Reasonably priced. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Lino, Rudy and the rest of the team are extremely professional, courteous and easy to do business with. My interaction with Lino over the phone was pleasant, he didn’t rush me and accommodated my family and I on the same day for service in our TRD Pro Sequoia. They were also very friendly in person. I will be stationed in San Antonio for sometime and I’m glad I found a new goto mechanic. They are located close to Fort Sam, they even shuttled me home, while they worked on my vehicle. I felt they gave me a good deal on price (with 2 year warranty) and also give military discounts - which is always appreciated. I will def return for future service. Thank you !

Not only did the guys fix the oil leaks that I was having, they noticed other things along the way, and notified me about these issues, and I had them all fixed as well. Great service, competent mechanics, and a great shop. Def an auto shop you want to build a relationship with. Total cost of repair was definitely lower than I was expecting based on my research. I found my mechanic, and it's Alamo City Garage. Highly recommend!

They helped me without notice in an emergency situation with my sway bar links when they snapped that morning and replaced them right away. I appreciate it with all my heart, as it’s my only work vehicle and I’m super busy and cannot just leave my truck for days.

We took in our 2007 Nissan Xterra that has been meticulously been taken care of through the dealership we purchased from. In 2019 the service quality there began to diminish. We had to take the vehicle back multiple times for the same thing that resulted in us paying more than necessary for an issue I had to ultimately diagnose myself. They cost us thousands on replacing parts that were not necessary, had they fixed the correct issue the first time. March of 2022 the dealership wanted to charge us over $5000 for work that they stated needed to be done, which included the rear brakes that we had just replaced a year or so prior. This is when we found Alamo City Garage. I spoke with the owner and had an appointment quickly. I took him the quote from dealership and let him go through the vehicle. They found that a few of the “issues” to include those rear brakes, were not an issue at all. They had our vehicle up and running as new as possible, quickly and at about $3000 less than quoted by dealership. I held onto this rating to see if any issues would come up with what was fixed, but nothing. Everything has been running great since. I’m happy to recommend Alamo City Garage to anyone.
