Been coming to them for years I had a bilstein 2.5 inch true leveling kit and rear shocks installed on my 2017 ford f250 did amazing work got it out by the afternoon was very happy with the quality and pricing that was done!

Very bad experience with those guys. I took my truck in for an alignment.They tried to take advantage of me charging me $1400 for parts my truck did not need. Very unprofessional! Thieves is what I would call them. People be aware!

We spent a hefty amount on getting a new muffler and level kit for our 2022 Chevy Silverado. From the 1st month of getting the work completed, our check engine light came on. We had it diagnosed for an exhaust leak. They inspected the weld, and there were multiple places where it wasn't welded together. I called Alberto's and they stated they will have someone call me back. I called twice again the weeks after, and still no response. After more inspection - the person whom did the welding put the muffler right under the main wiring harness in the back. So the wiring harness melted as well causing all of my lights to come on in the dash. (Brake light, traction light, check engine, reduced engine, etc) The welder supposedly also let their "sparks" from the welding apparently fly everywhere and also had noticable burn marks all under the truck and parts of different wires were touched with the sparks causing it to melt. It was a very very poor job done. Not only did we have this account, but we also had another account where my son's car battery gave out. When he took it in, they said his warranty expired the week before he came in. The battery was completely gone and not rechargeable. Hence my son only uses his car on weekends, so the battery couldn't have been overly used. After waiting the last time for the call backs, I refuse to let this business do any more labor work on my vehicles. If anyone is getting welding work done to their vehicle, I suggest going elsewhere. It looks like a 3rd grader tried to weld my truck exhaust. Please be careful on doing business with this company. They will not return your calls, but surely enjoyed taking our money.

Went last week to get new ball joints, drag link, alignment, rotated tires, nitrogen in the tires, couldn't be happier!!! They took such good care of me, and my super long F-250 was able to fit in the bays, and the alignment bay, it fixed my shake in the truck!!! Couldn't have had a better experience, found out I was being taken care of by the owners son, and man, they take great pride in the way they run such an amazing family owned business. They are practically my neighbor, so it was a no brainer to take my truck there, especially after finding out ALL they do, they are a one stop shop for all you need from Tires, to inspection, to all I listed above!!! Was reasonably priced. Would recommend 10 stars if I could. If you need any of these things, please try them out, especially with large trucks, even semis, box trucks, whatever kind of truck you have, they work on them, also do step bars, head lights, tail lights, chrome everything, rims, accessories, trailer attachments, they literally have it ALL, or can order it, they do cars too. Great place to do business!! Trust me, if my truck fits, yours does too! This is an 02 F250 super duty, with the 8 foot bed, I bought all the lights from there too!! Longest truck ever made. Thanks again to all the amazing people that helped me out while I was there!!!! Appreciate you all!!

I spent over 2000 Dollars here on rims and tires for my 2009 Nissan cube. First of all it took a good 2 weeks before my rims got there but ok. Everybody seems real nice, very helpful for the most part. Then about 3 months later my car started shaking at 45miles per hour so I took my car back and ask if they could check to see if maybe some weights fell off or something. Sure enough they said yes some fell off so that was that. I noticed that they forgot to replace one of my chrome valve stem covers but I let that go. About a month later the shaking was back so my husband did everything that was needed on the front end, control arms, struts, Axel's the works. My husband has been an auto technician for over 35 years so he knows what he's doing. A week ago I took it back to get all 4 tires balanced again. It was ok for about 4 days. Then Car was shaking again. I noticed a couple of weight's on my drive way, they came off AGAIN. Really? I took it back today 9 /3/2024. I made sure to check the closing time on the website. Clearly states 5:30pm. So I talked to the young lady at the counter, she takes my keys and I wait about 15 minutes, only to be told it's too late and JR said he won't take it right now. Apparently they close at 5:00pm. I told him why did she take my keys and say it was going to be done? He blatantly lied to my face and stated that the young lady at the counter was new. Ha ha ha!!! I thought that was hilarious because she was there when I bought the rims 4 months ago. She's part of the family. Pretty sure she's Jr's sister. Then he said the website hasn't been updated with the closing time and blamed that on covid. Really?? That's an old excuse son. Can't use that one anymore. I'm just wondering if it was so easy for him to look me straight in my face and lie about his own family, then what else are they lieing to me about. All I wanted was 1 tire balanced. The one the weights fell off of AGAIN. Thats it. But he straight out refused and lied to my face. If I didn't have a warranty on my tires with them, I promise I wouldn't go back. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them. I should have read reviews before choosing them. Hopefully his mother Lorena can make this right. She said she was big on keeping customers happy. To bad her son doesn't see things that way. I refuse to deal with Jr again. He is so rude and unprofessional. They need a new shop manager. The hours posted on the website are a form of false advertisement.

I went there the day before talked to a guy named Jesus he told me about the tires I needed for my mom's car also about a place called acima that will help you purchase the tires, I went and filled out what I needed to got approved and went back on Thursday another worker helped me as Jesus was busy but went at 9 am was out at about 10:30am made It home to pick up my child, they understood the assignment so to speak now I don't have to worry about my mom's tires or her and the kids having a blow out thanks guys you rock !!

O MY GOSH..SHE WAS SO PROFESIONAL,HER ENTHUSIASM, TO TAKE CARE OF ALL MY NEEDS WAS MORE THAN AMAZING.FIRST SHE CHECKED IF MY TIRE WAS ABLE TO BE REPAIRED. SHE SAID SHE COULD GET MY EXACT TIRE TODAY. SHE ALSO GAVE ME 3 PRICE OPTIONS FOR IMEDATE SERVICE. I CHOSE THE MIDRANGE TIRE FOR NOW. SHE OFFERD A COMPLEMENTARY,ALIGNMENT CK,AND OPTIONS TO ROTATE TIRES. THIS IS 1980 COSTOMER SERVICE... MONICA

I had replace my lower ball joints and aftermarket top upper control arms stressed about my alignment went to albertos tire shop and they made it drive like new and the employee that help me was amazing my opinion this shop is the best shop in albuquerque period way better then the lift shop on eubank by far.....

Never doubt this tire shop they are absolutely the best in Albuquerque hands down super professional excellent service ... And they can handle any rims or tires... I have a set of 24 inch rims with low pro tires 275 25r24.. and they got me taken care of no problem highly recommend this shop JR... IS THE MAN.. 💪😎💯

I called TWO different times to get a price estimate for front brakes and turn the rotors.I was quoted $185. Now the guy says $100 each tire for the rotors. I showed him the notes I had taken from the phone call. Didn't mean anything to him.Don't count on any phone quotes.. last time I come here. I'm letting friends etc know.

Excellent service, and even got my car back the same day on a Saturday!!! The axel of my Lincoln MKZ fell off on the middle of the road. I didn’t know what it was.. Called Alberto’s tire shop and send a picture of the part, they told me to bring the car un (told the tow truck to take it there) and they where able to get all the part involved to replace it. They had all the the part available and did it all in a few hours. I can’t say enough about how great and savy they were. I recommend Alberto’s tire shop a 100%

This place has been serving NM and the South Valley for over 30 years. Great place to buy rims, tires and vehicle accessories. The team here is friendly and efficient. I highly reccomend this spot.
