I bought a tire here two months ago, and one of the passenger tires was in poor condition. They used silicone to temporarily seal the air leak. When I called for a refund, they refused. Additionally, they damaged the Lexus hubcap.

They've got my business. I blew 2 tyrs on fm1960 on Sunday. They were the only place open. I bought 2 tires from him and it was installed on less than 30mins. I'm happy with the service

We called and said it was 10 dollars to change 2 hub caps. When arriving, he said it was 15 dollars. I'm pretty sure Albert the racist upcharged me since I was Asian. I will never go back.

check twice the tires that they are selling....... i went 3 times for used tires & they still selling bad tires with patch or plugs inside the tires to any customers.

I don’t do any reviews, but felt compelled to write one on the shop. This is the only place I’ve been where I’ve watched three cars coming for tire repairs and all of them were sold either new or used tires and none of the tires were repaired. Our tire was practically brand new and the shop said “oh this is worn out.” We’ve had the car for 30 days. I would NOT RECOMMEND this shop for tire purchases or repairs. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER SHOPS IN THAT AREA

Attitude of the Manager is very very bad Do not know how to deals or talk with the customers. DO NOT recommend for any body for any service. If ask for discount manager treats you like beggers very inappropriate gesture he makes.

I left my vehicle to have my 2 rear tires replaced. New visit: I put a down payment to order tires, I went there 3 times in a span of 2 week, and nothing, nor any time frames were giving to me. When I tried to get my money back, the older gentleman the owner, tried to keep the money and not refund me when I never got the tires. I called my bank and the issue was resolved against him. El dueño no me quiso regresar mi dinero cuando nunca pudo ordenar la llantas que me urgía a mi. Llamé el banco y resolvieron todo contra el dueño.

First time customer.. House-keeping is excellent. The service is quick with a friendly attitude. The used tire looks like new. Decent price for used tires. The good thing is that they will put the purchased tire on for half of price that Autozone charges. Left as a very satisfied customer.

I came to get a tire rotation on a Saturday and I asked them how much was it, the man inside said $60. I said “$60 for a rotation? He said it comes with an alignment.” I said ok! I came back the next day, Sunday, i asked a worker(the picture inserted) how much is a tire rotation, he made up a random number “errr…$70”, I said “$70 for a tire rotation?” He said “yes”, I said I came yesterday and the man said it was $60.” He said “ok $60 it is!” Like what??? I said “does it come with an alignment?” He said “alignment are on Monday and Saturdays.” So this man was going to just charge me $60-$70 just for a tire rotation. Insane!! They will simply judge you for being black and over charge you for looking different from them. Very disgusted! This experience made me look at this company very differently.

Alberts Tire shop is by far the best tire shop I'm the south west Houston area. I have gone to multiple tire shops in the last couple weeks and none had my size tire. When I came to Alberts they had it almost ready when I got there. They are fast and efficient and most of all they are amazing people ! Come to Alberts tire shop !!

I went there requesting 3 vogue tires be removed and put my 4 original Yokohama tires back on. I had one spare tire on my front driver. I requested they do an alignment because the front driver side tire was shredded and I did not want that to happen to my remaining tires. They told me no because the man who did alignments left. I used my truck until I was able to find time to take the car back to the shop. I go outside today and my tire is flat. It's a tire called Kumho. These people took my good Yokahoma tire and gave me some used, off brand, bad tire. I plan to file a police report for theft as these people stole my good tire. Mind you, when I initially showed the worker the tires I wanted to put back on as they were in the trunk and back seat, the man asked to buy them and I explained I just needed them put back on the car because they were practically new. He tried to keep the 3 vogue tires as well and blamed it on his lack of English when I told him I wanted them all back. This is ridiculous. Update: I get here and the man admits to taking my tire, giving the excuse that it was a bad Yokohama tire and he replaced it with the Kumho tire. Since when does a for profit tire company freely give you a good tired, tell you nothing about it and don't charge you? Never. This man stole and tried to cover it up. Now they claim not to have a Yokohama tire, so I have contacted the police to make a report. I regret ever coming here. I decided to go with the cheapest place to get the alignment, which was a terrible mistake.

Just asked if there was a fee for filling air in tire. Hangs up. Was considering getting new tires. Rude and would not bring my money here. Don’t waste your time on a person who hangs up for a simple question. I’m sure if I talked money off the start he wouldn’t have hanged up. Greed and not worth.
