I was in a pinch because my car had died pretty far away from home. I knew it was gonna cost me to get back but showing up at 1pm after I had called at 9am is astonishingly bad service.

Very bad service I asked for a receipt and since I need it for the insurance they made me write it myself! Unacceptable very disappointing!
