I definitely recommend Alem Mobile Mechanic. Alem was out in less than one hour and was able to diagnose my car and get my car fixed and back on the road in no time! Will definitely be using Alem again and recommending to all my friends and family.

5 months ago, I had some other company tell me I had to get a whole new engine right there at that moment or just get a new car. Didn’t know what to do. So I got my car towed back home and started searching for mobile mechanics. I only saw good reviews on Alem so I took a chance. I reached out and He came right away! He checked the car out and turned out that I needed some new spark plugs. Alem had my car up in running like brand new! My mother had issues with her car shortly after me and I gave her Alem’s info to reach out and so she did. She was pleased! Recently, I had to get new brake pads, rotors and head lights. I was driving to work one morning feeling a little overwhelmed and soon as I thought of Alem, I instantly felt relief from stress knowing all I had to do was send a text. Had my appt. Set for the next morning. Alem is the most honest and fair mechanic I’ve encountered and he’s so quick! I’ve found my mechanic I don’t want anyone else to deal with my car! Thank you Alem

Alem is so knowledgeable and kind! At my last visit to a mechanic, they gave me a laundry list of things to have done. I had Alem take a look for a second opinion. He was honest with me about what needed to be done and explained why, and the overall cost was significantly lower than what I would've paid at the shop! It also only took him a couple of hours to complete everything, whereas I would've had to leave my car at the shop for most of the day, maybe two. I appreciate his mobile services. It's so convenient, saves time, and prices are always fair. You can trust that your car is in good hands with Alem!

My car did not start one work morning. I called him during the day and he met me right away at the house. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to make sure my car was in great working order with a new battery and a alternator. I have never taken my car to anyone other than one dealership. He will be my mechanic from now on! He is knowledgeable and reliable. Thank you for your service. I would recommend him to anyone...5 stars+

I read a lot of the reviews before reaching to Mr. Alem for his services. I must say I wasn’t disappointed at all he was as the reviews have describe he are very detail, honest , and knowledgeable in the mechanic he got my baby back right. God bless him because he is truly a wonderful man with no agenda but only to do the job he came for.

Very exceptional work very professional and reasonable. He’s literally the best mechanic I’ve ever had worked on my car. And might I add. He’s very quick and prompted with his work. He’s one Mechanic that you Can count one less thing to worry about when you have Mr Oliver as your mechanic because trust me finding a good mechanic is a headache but once you find one you want to keep him I’ll be referring anyone that does good business to Mr Oliver!! Very happy with the job he’s done today!!🙏🏽

He was great. I didn't know who to call because I'm new in town and my car didn't start or nothing. He went bought a battery, did my oil change, checked my filters, and put air in my tires since my car was sitting for 7 months. I would recommend 100%.

Mr. Alem was great! He showed up on time, charged me reasonably, and not only changed the tire and oil but went to the shop to have my tire fixed for me and then mounted it. I appreciate the time and care he put into his craft. He gave me great service.

I was referred to Alem by my cousin. My rear brakes were scrubbing. I contacted him at 11:30am and by 4:30pm he was at my residence. Alem provided great service, QUICKLY diagnosed and gave me information on the state of my brake pads and rotors. My rear brakes were changed in less than an hour! This is my first experience with a mobile mechanic and I’ll definitely be using him again!

Alem exceeded my expectations today. I literally googled mobile mechanic and he came up. I was a little hesitant because there wasn’t a traditional website but I saw a few reviews and it gave me a little hope. He came to me & replaced my fan/blower in my car after my air stopped blowing hard. His prices are reasonable and he got it done quick. I will definitely be using him for any other auto issues I may have. I 1000000% recommend him. He’s very knowledgeable about vehicles.

I called Alem telling about the problem i had with my car. he told me how much he charge for his service just to look at the car we agreed on that. He came less than 30 mins to check out the problem and instantly unassembling the parts where we later drove to the shop to buy the parts came back and put those in. Super honest guy , friendly, professional but will always feel like family by the good conversations and encouragement. He's now my 1 and only mechanic from this day on God the Greatest 🙏❤️.

I had an excellent experience with Alem Mobile Mechanic! He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to chat while he worked. Not only did he repair the tie rod, but he also performed a thorough inspection of the car, explaining and showing me what needed to be done and why. As he was about to leave, I mentioned I was, now, about to change a rear signal light that had gone out, and without hesitation, he came back and replaced it for me! His service was top-notch, the pricing was extremely fair, and his attention to detail was exceptional. He will now be my go-to mechanic, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and personable service!

Service was outstanding! I initially bought the wrong oil and instead of him using the wrong oil 10w-30 he told me what I should use for my car (Mercedes, 0W-30). Good to know in this day and age honest people still exist!

Why do you think this guy has 5 stars, indeed because he deserves to have them. My car was taken to TireSouth multiple times, the last time they forgot to tighten the transmission fluid pipes. Alem found the issue and fixed my car. I don't believe you can have better treatment of your car elsewhere, not even dealerships. There's craftsmanship, care, knowledge, compassion and kindness in his work. He truly deserves recognition and believe me when I say, your car will be in good hands. That aside you sure as hell won't get ripped off because he's honest.

I highly recommend Alem for anyone who’s looking for a mechanic. He’s honest, reasonably priced, goes above and beyond and also gets the job done quickly. He saved my day by showing up within an hour after giving him a call and had my car up and running much quicker than I was expecting. Alem will be the only mechanic who works on my car from here on forward.

He made sure that his work was correct and complete made sure I knew all the things that needed to be done to my vehicle to be safe on the road.
