Meeting Alex was the only reason I kept my E46 BMW M3. He has a positive outlook and loves what he does. He is the most fair mechanic I’ve ever met and has your interest in mind. Best mechanic for BMW I took my car to another mechanic shop by 184 st he charged me crazy money just to find out that he did a bad job with my brakes and the engine. I had to a second opinion because it was just not right. Alex found a few more problems including the ones that the other shop 'FIXED'. Alex will keep in contact with me at all times to inform me about the car. Very honest and he gave me the best prices. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that ask me about a good mechanic.

Great Customer service , thank you to Alex and his team my car is running like new again. They were able to accommodate me is such short period of time, they fixed my window, oil leakage, sensors , tires etc . They did a great job I would definitely recomendé them !

Alex overcharged me in a module replacement, not quoting an previous estimate, which is not legal, then he promised to give me an oil change credit which he never did. AVOID going to this place, shady person with no principles and bad practices. I should have walk away and leave his stupid part in his hand, karma will get him.

Alex runs a 5 star mechanic shop. There is no better car mechanic for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Euro MACHINES. If you have one of these BEASTS, bring it to ALEX AUTO TECH. Went to Alex for a Fuel pump issue my previous shop couldn’t properly diagnose nor fix for over a month. Alex took my car and within one day he correctly diagnosed and fixed my car. He has the same computers and software BMW has. I’m pretty handy but Alex is an absolute master and I don’t honestly see anyone else working on my car anymore other than him. If you’re having any sort of issue or need simple maintenance take it here.

Im been a customer for Alex Auto-Tech for the last 9 years. He‘a always do the maintenance for my BMW 328ci. Alex has been working on BMW's for longer than I have been alive. Every time I bring him my car with a problem no one can figure out he tells me what the issue is while I a pulling into the lot. Amazing customer service with the best BMW service I have ever seen. I am very meticulous with working on my car and he really goes above and beyond.

Great service from a great shop, Alex has really good prices and is really friendly. If anything is wrong with your car, he will let you know without any bs. He uses BMW techniques to repair and used to be a BMW technician with great quality of work. If you need any work done here, you’ll always be leaving as a happy costumer just like how I was today.
