Great prices and great service! Some friends and I are from out of town and last night we discovered one our tires wouldn’t hold air AND one of the lugs on the tire was stripped. We couldn’t even put the donut on. Rony was able to get the rounded-off lug off and plug the tire in only a few minutes. Very impressed with the service, pricing, and speed! Definitely recommend!

Alex is amazing!! I got a nail in my tire on my way from Virginia to Michigan, I went to bell tire at first, they were trying to sell me tires and my jeep only has 26,000 mile on it! I called around and Alex told me to come right over, I pulled in he pulled the nail out and plugged my tire within seconds and he only charged me $10.00!!! He as also kind enough to check the air in all my tires to make sure me and my son were safe on our long drive home.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, WARNING, DO NOT GO HERE. I GOT A BRAND NEW TIRE ON 10/17 FOR $150 AND ON 10/24, THE WIRES ARE SHOWING AND ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHICH THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE UP FRONT. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Alexi Tire and Roadside Assistance. After getting a flat tire, I was feeling pretty stressed, but Alexi showed up in just 30 minutes, which was a relief. He was friendly and got to work right away, fixing my tire quickly and efficiently. His professionalism made the whole situation so much easier. Alex is outstanding. Had a blowout on a truck tire at 10 pm. Once contacted he was on site within 1 hour. I’ve never seen anyone change a tire so quickly. Highly recommend.

I blew two drive tires leaving me disabled on the side of the road. After conversing with two major businesses of roadside assistance, stress and anxiety started to set in but I stumbled across Alex around 2 in the morning. 30 minutes later he arrived and had me back on the road shortly after. Called Alex at 10:00 AM told him I had a lag bolt in my tire of my f250, 30 minutes later the truck showed up at my worksite he took the tire off the rim put a large patch inside remounted the tire and installed back onto the truck. Took about 45 minutes. Thank you Alex for thr quick response and professional service.

Alex is one of the nicest people you will meet! I ran over construction debris on the highway & a plate and screw went into my tire. I found his business on Google & called. He answered right away. He asked that I text him my location and tire size & called me back within a couple minutes to let me know he was on the way. His pricing is very fair, and the service was quick! I called them when geico couldnt help me because i didnt have a spare time. Dispatch was very courteous and they came out in less than an hour and worked fast. The mechanic explained what happened with my tire. They saved me from a headache and stress since i have small children and this is my only form of transportation.

Had a flat at 415 AM. 4th phone call and got an answer at Alex's. We pulled in on a donut and back out about 30 minutes later with 2 like-new tires to drive 12 more hours. I think the price was fair and I'm so thankful we didnt have to wait hours for someone else to open.

My husband was leaving at 3:20 AM for a trip to Florida. He noticed tire pressure on his truck was going down. I located on the GPS maps: Alex's Tire and Roadside near him. He called them and they met him at their shop, repaired a valve and checked the tire to make sure all was well and sent him on his way. Thank you!

Two of the tires of my car went flat because of debris from a car accident. I was stuck in the middle of I-95 late in the night and my only option was getting towed to a nearby car shop which would’ve taken 2-3 hours easily. But Alex Tires and Roadside’s 24/7 services were a lifesaver! They sent a mechanic immediately and he was able to replace both my tires right on the side of the highway. Very professional and timely service!
