I recently purchased a used Prius, and I for sure don't know much about cars other than the fact that when buying a used car, you need a trusted mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection. Ami and the team helped me dodge a car that turned out to be in bad shape. Then gave me the go with a car that I'm quite happy with now. They did a great job doing the repairs the car needed after I purchased it. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

Ami at Alpha is a mechanical genius and an amazing person. He's one of those rare honest mechanics that, once you've worked with him, you'll never go anywhere else, and his crew is fantastic as well. 6 stars out of 5, he's the best.

Ami and his team are and will be my go-to mechanics for as long as I live in New York. They’ve fixed every issue I’ve had with my Volvo, always spot on and in no time. He’s also been incredibly knowledgeable, transparent and fair with pricing, and informative of steps and the worthiness of every repair (not the standard with many other mechanics nowadays unfortunately). I came to his business for the great reviews and stayed for the superb service… Totally recommended.

I’m a second generation client of Alfa of Brooklyn Motors. My father has been getting our family car fixed here for many years before I started bringing my family car here too. Reliable and fair, Ami and his crew are excellent and fast. I recently got a vintage Alfa Romeo that needed significant work, Ami was a wizard at helping restore it. Highly recommend.

The guys found an unexpected issue and were straight forward about what was wrong, and costs involved. They kept the car until the issue was completely rectifide- It’s nice to have a local small business that cares so much about their work. I wont be going anywhere else.

I was recommended Alfa by two separate friends and will now do the same. Nothing like having a mechanic that’s on your side. They took care of contacting my insurance, let me know my options and we’re fast with the services and kept me informed. The work was great and now I’ve got a regular place to go to that know my car’s history. (Also nice to not have to worry about alt side parking while in the shop!)

Alpha is a rare find-- kind, down-to-earth, and knowledgable with a quick turnaround on service and straightforward style. I have been to Avi for a few repairs and I know I can always count on him and his crew to look out for our best interest. Avi goes the extra mile, helping customers get things done on time, and there in case of an emergency. It's like having a trusted and reliable friend in the neighborhood and we are lucky to have them around!

Great local gem! They rescued me with a dead battery, jumped the car, got me a new battery and 4 new tires. All with a smile and in less than a day. This is my new mechanic.

Ami and his mechanics are incredibly fair and honest. Good-hearted, in it for the right reasons kind of business. He always squeezes us in, cares genuinely about our time and money, and will be our go-to mechanics for repairs, maintenance, and inspections. My XJ8 Jaguar had a loss of pressure in the brakes - a common problem on old Jags but one that drives owners crazy because its causes are hard to identify. I brought it to Alfa motors. Ami and his team worked on it for a week, trying different solutions, and eventually solved the problem. I am glad I took it to Alfa motors. I won't bring my car to anybody else than Ami.
