They were very respectful and understanding of my situation prices were phenomenal all smiling faces communication was awesome plus their dog was just a sweetheart but overall experience was top tier I will be back thank you guys for all the hard work you do I know it's not easy but you guys did the amazing job

Stay away from this guy , it’s highway robbery, he charged us $470 just to change one wheel brakes on semi truck we got the parts too and it took them 30 minutes to do the job but almost charged me $500 , he also got attitude no customer service what so ever stay away from them , he acts nice and friendly when you call him but ripping you off after they done the job , they are way over priced, I would suggest to ask the price first don’t let him fool you

Went to tire shop in need of a tire only had $20 asked if they had a $20 tire he came back with wierd looking tire that only had 2 number instead of 3 on it he said it was a vw tire so I took it cuz I was in need it was late Saturday and everywhere was closed Sunday so wouldn't be able to get til Monday the tire only lasted 3 days it was so dry rotted cracks showed up everywhere so I went back to see if they would give me different tire they said no that's a 20 dollar tire so I guess a 20 dollar only is supposed to last 3 days ya will never go back there again

Best tire shop I have been to. The owner Hyman (hope I got the spelling right) replaced my tire quickly and showed me how to remove my tricky spare tire. He also inspected the spare and showed me multiple cracks in it that could have resulted in a blowout if I had tried to use it. Support this small business. Hyman is extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. Happy New Year! And thanks again

Great start with Jaime, but a total disgrace at the end. Never answers phone calls which are three phone #s. Bought me the tires from Phoenix which was great, charge me 450 for them to be balanced and 50 dollars more for alignment which I believe he deceived me that he even did it. Vehicle still shakes, pulls to the right side. I saw him putting last tire and through my research, apparently tires are put first then alignment. He lied and have been calling him to no avail. Customers please be ware especially women. He's not doing alignments and charging cheap for this reason. He comes nice and friendly even claiming free this and that, but not true. I called him, sent texts, and even gave him a chance to call back up to work something before doing this review. He wanted a good review, but how can I? He lies, doesn't answer phone and getting free money. Please if you go, ask for a computer print out on alignment which of course he won't because him and Sergio don't do it. Just be ware customers, poor communication skills and easy pocket money they take. I'd like KGun 9 T.V. on your side go to report their lies. I'll give them a call.

I had a bad tire and stopped in to see my options. I met with Jaime, and he went above and beyond on what I expected. I not only had that tire fixed, but I went ahead and replaced all tires with newer and better quality at a ridiculously low cost. Thanks, Jamie. Again, this will be my forever tire shop...

Wow had them put tires on my trailer and didn't clean rust off sealing surface at all. Had his "mechanic" replace seal on hub and hit seal so hard with sledge hammer and the spring fell out sealing surface and had to put back in. Laid hub in dirt to install seal and left all the dirt on front part of hub and installed it and sprayed all the dirt and rocks into hub after he installed bearings with brake cleaner. Not happy with there work. They mechanic didn't even have socket to take front nut off and used chisel and destroyed nut in process of taking off and on. Chunks were hanging off nut and he decided to just hammer chunks back on nut. Wow never seen that before. Don't use this mechanic to work on yr truck or trailer. Not worth yr troubles down the road when there not there to fix it or warrentee there work. Disapointed
