I had my car repaired at Alfredo Collision Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team showed professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering high-quality work. When I picked up my car, it looked just like new—no sign of the damage at all! The paint job and bodywork were flawless I highly recommend Alfredo's Shop to anyone in need of bodywork or repairs. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but they’ve earned my loyalty. I am a repeat customer. This was the second time I went there and I was still very happy with their service. Thanks to the whole team for taking such great care of my car!

Did an amazing job! And got done pretty quick after dropping it off. Great at communicating. My car was cleaned and such. Very happy about this place. Hope I don’t have an auto body problems again. But I would definitely bring it here

STAY AWAY FROM ALFREDOS COLLISION REPAIR! Alfredo has no professionalism or class when it comes to business. Alfredo said that he could get all the glass out of my trunk ( due to the recent hail storm) and charged me $350 I paid Alfredo the money and when I came to pick up my vehicle there was still a lot of glass in my trunk and Alfredo response was " it's impossible to get all the glass out" I explained to Alfredo that he should have told me up front that he can only get some of the glass out but Alfredo assured me that he could get all of it out which was a lie. Alfredo said " your only option is to leave the car here and we can try again" I explained to Alfredo that it doesn't make sense to leave my car if he just told me that it was "impossible to get all the glass out". I told Alfredo that I wanted a refund but he refused. LEARN FEOM MY MISTAKE AND TAKE YOUR CAR TO A LICENSED DEALERSHIP, YES IT WILL COST MORE MONEY BUT AT LEAST YOU WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE ALFREDO AND HIS WORKERS. THE ONLY SERVICE ALFREDO PROVIDES IS LIES AND A HEADACHE. PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END. (EDIT) Alfredo is not sorry and this is not an “inconvenience” this is theft and you are a crook. I will be suing you and will make it my life long mission to put your company out of business.

A tree fell on my car and did a lot of damage. Alfredo got me in right away and even met me early in the morning before they opened so I could drop off my car so I could make it to work on time. The work was suppose to take about a week, the insurance adjuster said, however it was ready by the end of the third day. My car looked amazing. Alfredo's went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

Alfredo’s service exceeded my expectations! I damaged my bumper and they were fast, efficient, and did an outstanding job with replacing the bumper and matching the color, which I was most nervous about. I highly recommend and will be coming back for additional body work.

After getting two of my cars done, and having to bring one of them back twice, and the hood of the other one to get finished painted. They used aftermarket bumper on my Lexus, even though he said OEM parts used, he is full of it. It is coming apart. Their work looks good at first, but wait!!

Don’t trust them with major work. I spent 9k here “fixing” my car after being rear ended in February, here are some of the problems that have now emerged 8 months after repairs: -rear left panel is completely unattached and balloons with air when driving at highway speeds. -rear parking sensors have fallen out -glass from the previously broken windshield is stuck inside the rear hatch, and you can hear it come down like a rainstick when opening the trunk. -there are random screws and staples holding parts together now. Every reputable mechanic that has seen this has told me what a hackjob it is. When I came back today requesting them to fix the work (the rear panel issue reached a breaking point), the receptionist was incredibly rude and short with me and informed me that Alfredo wasn’t there and probably wouldn’t return my calls. Then she quoted $500 to get started. I will NEVER be returning here, and you should stay away!!! EDIT: Don’t believe what the shop says below. I was not in another accident after this repair and that has already been explained to them.

Exceeded my expectations! Alfredo’s not only did a spectacular job but also finished the job two days early. They treat your car as if it is your own and left the car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I went to four shops and received quotes ranging from $3-4.5k that all included multiple replacement parts and 6-10 day lead times. Alfredo gave me two options: replace the part or repair it and encouraged me repairing the bumper. Alfredo’s quote was by far the most fair. 10/10 recommendation.

I am not a person that tends to leave reviews, but the service at Alfredo's was so outstanding & exceeded all expectations, this is the least I could do. After I was involved in a hit a run, I went around Austin gaining estimates. All of them were so overpriced that my hopes were dwindling. Alfredo's was highly recommended to me, so I went there. Alfredo took the time to listen and cared about my concerns. He gave me a quote that was half of the lowest estimate that I previously received. He said it would take 8 days to repair my car, They got it done in 6 days. I was amazed with how my car looked. It looked brand new without a detail overlooked. They also washed my car and cleaned the interior. Alfredo's is honest, caring, trustworthy, well priced, with fast and quality service. Alfredo's went above and beyond! I can't show enough gratitude and appreciation for everything they did for my car! I am and have been highly recommending Alfredo's to everyone I know and see with damage to their vehicle. If I could, I would give Alfredo's more than 5 stars! Phenomenal!

I did lots of research before choosing Alfredo’s Collision Repair and they absolutely exceeded expectations! Not only was it the best price by far - they got it done in half the quoted time. The price was exactly as estimated - to the dollar. No surprises. Also - every employee I encountered was so friendly. I highly recommend this place for any body work you need.

The worst place I could find to repair my vehicle after an accident. They did not match the paint and left parts still damaged, and one of my rims was about to come off my car because the staff left it loose. I spoke to the owner Alfredo and he was upset by the comment.

They are very quick. I was not sure of what to expect from them. After the car was done it looked brand new. God I'm so happy I went to them and will be recommending them to anyone I know. I highly recommend them on here as well and they will not disappoint you. In two weeks they had my car ready.

Brought my car here for a bumper replacement. *They buffed and painted undamaged portion of car. Buffed strokes are still visible. * They stole my original undamaged door handle and replaced it with a used one. * Inside hand handle was collapsed. It was intact before. * Worst of all, vehicle front side had pristine paint, when I got vehicle back, that area was tarnished with some something permanent. Now that portion of vehicle's paint is permanently damaged. * I contacted Alfredo regarding the above. He simply stated to " bring the car in to correct any problems." You can't be trusted!!
