Showed up Monday morning when they opened. Had a steer blow out in El Paso and after 2 new steers, truck was drifting left. They got me right in, took longer than anticipated but Chris wanted to get it right and after several tests drives and process of elimination he got it done. Very fair price for the time spent. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Chad is great pulled my truck into the bay he did a complete inspection of the suspension both front and rear. Then he told me I didn't need an alignment and everything was tight and in good condition only charged me 75.00 which was more than reasonable. I won't take my truck anywhere else. Nice to find an honest mechanic that wants to do what is right and not just take your money.

Had a slight miscue on 4/26/24 or at arrival time and had to wait approximately an hr and half, but as they say, the wait was worth every minute. I was just happy that Chad would even consider taking me in on the second half of any Friday. I got there around 11am and had the chance to meet the office crew at T&E Service. Found Chad was out of the office, not there. Was given his ph#, called and left msg.. Approximately 1:45pm got call from Chad to pull up and into Bay#1. Within what seemed like minutes his eagle eye and expertise saw I needed rear suspension bushings. That’s when I got switched over to T&E Service. Making matters more difficult the bushings were out of stock and had to be sourced. I requested to also replace all shock absorbers and believe they also needed sourcing. Didn’t seem to phase this operation as it ‘s a common occurrence with limited warehouse space and volume of business done through the week , everyone rises to the challenge. Approximately 4:45pm all parts had been changed out for new and truck now ready for Chad’s magic. Seemed like less than an hour later he was done and giving me his seal of approval. Sadly, it left no time to work on replacing steer tires. Chris from T&E gave a quick rundown of what was available and pricing and even invited me to park there overnight to revisit task in the morning(Saturday). Next morning, met with Chris and decided to go with Michelin X Line vs Yokohama RY617. Well again I was denied as couldn’t get the Michelins until Monday. After a quick conversation with my business partner and wife we decided to go with the Yokohamas much to Chad’s and Chris’s recommendation. Even then that choice had to be sourced as they had run out of them that morning. Short time later it was as if they dropped from the sky. T&E’s expert tire changing crew had old Goodyear Endurances off and dismounted ready for casing credit,with new Yokohamas ready for remounting, spin balance and installation. In no time the project was completed and I was ready to hookup to trailer and leave. Once getting onto highway, wow, wow and more wows. I don’t ever remember my truck after new tires and shocks driving this smooth and straight. All the previous reviews were true. Thank you Chad for getting me straightened out, literally. This was truly a bucket list experience as had followed this operation on satellite radio over the years. Had encountered some less than average alignment jobs chasing all kinds of tire wear issues. I’m now a big believer and loyal customer. Thanks again Chad and the team @ T&E Service, great job !

Got us In quick, knew immediately our issue and fixed an alignment from a regular shop. Truck rides smooth, goes straight down the road. Handles better than any new truck we’ve driven. I wouldn’t waste my time going anywhere else.

After taking my truck to a Loves, TA and a Freightliner dealer I finally found this guy thank God. I could tell right away this place was different. All three axles were outta whack and he figured it out and sorted it in no time at all. I learned a lot from this guy. Only place I'll go from now on

I payed $365 for alignment of my truck, but it is as bad as before even worst!! Racist ,wrong , bad job people!! The guy was super unprofessional and had a bad aproach and bad attetued!! He never was able to find my truck alignment issue and never refunded me! Keep off from this place by far far away!!!

I went to Chad after my friend heard about him and after being to 2 different Alingment shops and 2 mechanics for tires wearing funny and my truck shaking. The other Alingment shops took my money and the mechanics said they could not figure it out. Chad diagnosed my truck in about 10 minutes. I got the necessary repairs done and Chad aligned my truck. It is a different truck now. No shaking and drives straight as an arrow. Chad is the only person who will align my truck from here on out. I live in Louisiana and will happily deadhead to Kansas City for him to align my truck. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work.
