I’m so grateful for this place, I’ve gotten my alignment done three times here for three different vehicles. I am very happy with the service they provide. They are definitely worth how much they charge. They are the most affordable alignment place I know in town.

I went to get an alimeant here. When the alimeant was done they left my stearing wheal at a 90° and when driving the car it would pull to the left side. I told them about and they refused to work/fix. The SHOP MADE IT WORSE AFTER WORKING ON IT!!! They refused to fix the problem and charged me to make it worse. DONT COME HERE unless you wanna be used. Update took the car to different shop they fixed the steering right away.

By far the best shop out there. Honest and caring. Had suspension work done on my vehicle from a different shop and Alignment World noticed loose bolts and took care of it. Best people to get work done properly.

Pretty good place. The service was fast and I assume done well. The price for a standard car is $80. I am not a car expert but this was a bit higher than I expected for what's clearly a budget place, but certainly lower than if you had it done at a dealership. I would feel more confident if there was more information provided. I asked after the alignment if it needed much adjustment and the guy just told me to look at the printout they left in the car. That printout has a bunch of measurements, that as far as I can tell are about how it is now adjusted, so I'm not sure if anything was changed. Also FYI there's a $3 credit card fee. Overall this place lacks in communication and polish, but seems to do a good job at an OK rate.

All this guy does is toe adjustment. Doesn't do camber or caster.

Excellent service and price! I brought a client's Tesla for an alignment service and was in and out in less than 30 mins. Good communication and happy they drove car around the block to ensure the work done worked. I'm deeply disappointed and outraged by the service I received. I brought my car in for a simple alignment, and not only did they have the audacity to put my car on the lift for a mere five minutes, but they also had the gall to charge me $85 for what can only be described as a sham of a service. The alignment was so off that my car was physically shaking on the road – a clear sign of their incompetence. It's beyond belief that they could be so indifferent to a customer's needs and safety. I took my car to a different shop, where they immediately noticed the horrendous state of the alignment. Thankfully, after their work, my car is no longer shaking. I urge everyone to steer clear of this establishment if you want to avoid a similar scam and actually care about the condition of your vehicle.

I’ve always been going to these guys every time I need an alignment, every time they do a great job and for a great price. This time on a Saturday they were closing at 2 pm and I came in at 1:45. They had a car in front of me and they were about to close, they still took me in as last customer even this it was past 2 and did an alignment. They did a good job, thank you alignment world

I enjoy coming to Alignment World and they have a small office to wait at and there is a nice gentlemen named Igor I believe he is the office manager, very easy going and also helps the owner when he gets backed up. All around the guys at this shop are nice and not there to try and play any games or tell you a bunch of issues like most shops to make more money off you. Thank you very much I hope 2024 is a blessed year for you guys.

I've worked with many alignment places over the years. Peter is the best alignment technician I've ever worked with. Steering wheel is always straight. I always get an alignment after getting new tires. I have experienced very good tire wear. Drives excellent every time. Thank you!

RUN from this place. 3 months ago Peter did alignment, if you can even call this an alignment. Better to say of it as a JOKE. Zero respect to customer questions and the complaints of them. Even when he says 6 months warranty, you still have to pay full price for Peter's mistakes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AND ONE MORE TIME PLEASE, DON'T COME TO PETER'S ALIGNMENT. AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID. CHEERS

This was a really nice experience. These guys are awesome and I’m impressed by quality of work and honesty of employee here. They explained thoroughly and saved me over$70 (at least) compared to what other places would have charged me and they performed a full vehicle inspection at no extra cost. Best experience at all auto shops, I will definitely use them in a future. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

Pros: What a great shop. I arrived at 10:15 in the morning and met Pete. I was the first customer, and Pete had me out quickly. Cons: The man wearing the "Cat" shirt was awkward, and asked a lot of "personal questions" (e.g., where you from, what's your ethnic back ground, where do you work, where's your family located, etc..) he also couldn't stop fidgeting with his phone. It appeared as if he was recording??? Just felt unprofessional. Also, this customer who pulled in was trying to record my transaction and kept reparking the car in front of the office door instead of the general parking lot. Conclusion: Pete is awesome, "Cat" man, not so much. (Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the cat man)

0/5 stars if possible. Purchased a car that it's services done here, they did not straighten the wheel out and said they would charge for a whole new alignment to straighten the wheel out.
