MALPRACTICE! BUYER BEWARE! If you dont already know what's wrong with your vehicle. Do Not Go Here. I took my X5 in with an oil leak from an unknown source. Brandon's diagnosis of the problem cost $2500 (Feb). Approx 3 weeks later I'm back because oil is still leaking, but less. Brandon stated it may have been residual, allegedly cleaned the engine more to address the problem. May 4 I'm driving and the vehicle says oil levels are at a min add a one qrt. I go to firestone and they find oil around the plugs on the oil pan, next I take it to BMW and they say the oil pan plug is stripped and the pan needs to be replaced. Since I'd paid All About Bimmers to find and repair the oil leak, I go back to Brandon. After several days of non-responsiveness he tells me he thought they'd replaced the oil pan but he didnt so he cannot do the repairs at no cost to me. Three unsuccessful attempts with no proof of what work was done the problem still exists and he took no accountability for not accurately identifying the problem but insists I need to pay him more money to fix the original problem. I should have known something was up when he repaired my windshield washer reservoir with the wrong part even with the VIN number. My time, gas, rentals, out $2500 and the problem still exists. I cannot trust the work would be done if I were foolish enough to go back. Disappointed this Company is taking no accountability. He should take the loss and make this right, at this point I would not put my personal safety at risk going back there. Unless you have a certified tech that does this work on the side. Go to the dealership and save yourself a lot of grief and deception

I live in Austin but am in Dallas on a regular basis. On this trip my 535i just wouldn’t crank. I was still an hour south of Dallas. A friend recommended these guys. Brandon was amazing. He helped me get a tow truck and diagnosed my car the moment it arrived to his shop. Did I mention this was a Friday night and in the rain?!? All I can say is this guy is awesome. His customer service and BMW knowledge is remarkable. And so is his pricing. He got my car fixed up and I was able to leave for Austin on Monday as I had planned. I will NOT go anyplace else and I’ll drive to Dallas to have him work on my car…every time. Thanks Brandon & All About Bimmers.

I really appreciated the work Brandon did on my wife’s car. He got our convertible top working and fixed several issues with the electronics. I will definitely be bringing my car back to him in the future if I have any needs.

Took my f80 m3 to check why my car has been smoking…they found out why it was smoking in less than a day..very helpful folks and will answer any questions you have to make sure your comfortable with getting ur car fix from them….highly recommend doing business with the guys..they even washed it for me just for a diagnostic test

WOW. I don't even know how to say after 35 states and this ride n die BMW 530i 2006....I found the BIMMERS Wizard! Brandon knows more about BMWs than anyone I've dealt with. Needless to say this ole beast won't be going anywhere else besides All About Bimmers! I called Brandon out of blue... my fuses and battery was getting drained and my regular mechanic couldn't figure it out... called Brandon on a Sunday and he said bring in it tomorrow I'll take a look but I'm confident I can find the problem... Well he DID... in an 1 HOUR... Then checked and let it run for the day and it was a simple fix (for Brandon)... and didn't need any parts and he didn't charge me... HONEST... Hard working MAN right here... Brandon is great for the community and showed me that good honest people do exist in this twisted society... THANK YOU BRANDON! ROCKSTAR BMW WIZARD!!!

Brandon at All About Bimmers went above and beyond through the whole process. He was able to replace the battery and alternator in my car MUCH cheaper and quicker than any other estimate I got. He got the car in the late evening and called me saying it would be ready for pick up that night. I just moved to Dallas and was worried about who/where I would take my car for issues, glad I found Brandon! I will definitely be returning.

I brought my F10 M5 to Brandon on short notice with no appointment. He was able to get it in the shop and got a coil replacement done within and hour I had my car back AND IT WAS WASHED. Brandon went above and beyond for me and did an all out amazing job. Will definitely be coming back! Honest techs are hard to come by nowadays

I was having some issues with my 2016 bmw 740i and Brandon completely took car of me. I thought I was dealing with a coolant line leak but after his diagnosis it was a water pump. This service was fast and the price was reasonable. This is the spot to go if you have a bmw. Period.

Original Appointment was missed but made upto it by offering free oil change, car wash and vehicle inspection which I didn’t expect at all, very satisfied with the service and recommended maintenance made to me. I would highly recommend Brandon for any bimmer quality repairs and services
