I scheduled an appt for a diagnostics test to be done on my jeep. They never said they don't do diagnostic testing. I was told that was a $98.00 charge. My vehicle never left the spot I parked it in. So if they looked at it at all, they looked at it where it was parked. That's not what I asked nor paid for. You can't see/hear what might be wrong by starting the vehicle or just checking under the hood, which is why I asked for a diagnostic test to be done. Then I was told my rear brakes were almost down to the metal. I eventually called where I'd had my brakes done. I was told my rear brakes were installed in 22. I went to the shop so they could check out my rear brakes (they would have still been under warranty). I was told my rear brakes are at 80%. Which is a huge difference from almost down to the metal. Form your own opinions. I will never be a customer again. I spoke with the owner, but of course, he backed his employee, which to me means he's complicit..

Brought my car here for A/C repair. They did an AMAZING job and in a time crunch because I was going to Phoenix for a week. I will be bringing my car back for future issues. They were great!

Slow,expensive, and they won't tell you about hidden fees when using a debit card. Update from your response. I dropped off my car Friday Aug 9th, you said you would look at it Monday. NO response, called Tuesday, you gave a lame excuse that you couldn't see it because some job just became bigger than what you thought... I'm sure that is your same lame excuse you give everyone. Finally get a call Friday to pick up my vehicle and it is 1,237.59. Never called to say what was wrong with my car, never asked for approval of the price before working on it. Pick it up Friday the 16th. Get home realize we were charged 1,286.97. Thought it could be tax.. looked over the receipt and tax had already been included. Went in on the 23rd to get refunded the difference. You were not there, just your mechanic who then pointed to the tiny a$$ sign about your surcharge of 3.9% on credit card charges. I hope this now refreshes your memeory.

He did a wonderful and quick job repairing my garage door opener. Then, a few minutes after he had left, called me back to check on it one more time because he wasn't sure whether he had sufficiently tightened the bolts on the track after re-installing it. I mean, who does that these days??!!

These guys are great. I had a dent and a problem with my door sensor. I was able to schedule an appointment. They were early. They were fast. And they even told me they'd come back to fix any problems I have in the future without charging me for the labor. I definitely recommend giving these guys a call.

Very impressed with this business. Donnie was our service technician and he was awesome. His professionalism was exceptional, from providing a courtesy call when he was on his way to his vast knowledge of garage doors, the service he provided was amazing. He was thorough and efficient and even better, the repair cost was unbelievably reasonable.

I had garage door troubled and called All American Garage to get them to come in and take a look. They were one of the only companies to offer a free estimate. Shortly after scheduling the appointment, I realized what was wrong with my door i.e. my spring was broken. I called them again and asked them for the spring repair price. They quoted me a price of $289 + tax.

On-time, courteous, professional All American Garage for a fair price! Jamison was able to replace my broken spring the same day, readjusted the opener, and even took the time to lubricate the rollers etc.

We hired these people to install a garage door opener in our brand new home. We were not home at the time of installation since we hadn't moved in yet. 2 days ago we noticed this. They bolted one side into the drywall and it came loose.

I highly recommend All American Garage! I have complete confidence in the quality of their work. They are respectful and generous, giving discounts for Military and Seniors. They really know their business and complete the repairs my vehicle needs on time and at a reasonable price. I know when I make my appointment, there will be someone there to meet me and the work is usually done the same day. I won't take my car anywhere else!! I rely on these hard working men and they haven't let me down.

I took my Fusion here for repair and the job was done well, quickly, and cost less than I expected. Donnie, Sam, Tyler are the best mechanics. I trust no one else, and have sent several referrals. They fixed my doctors front end on his Corvette, when no one else could figure it out! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. This is a very bad shop. Dishonest and incompetent. They are very rude and unprofessional. Took my car in and when I FINALLY got it back ,I immediately had to take it to a different shop. My car was worse than when I brought it in initially and they flat out refused to make it right. Warning to all consumers.

Not all that customer oriented.I went in for a check engine light and no AC... got a call the next day said it was ready.. picked up car made it a block down the road chck engine light came back on and AC not blowing cold.. they didnt do road test cuz mileage was the same when i dropped off.. $400.00 Later same issue..save your money.. the good reviews have to be an inside job.. thumbs way down

Great shop to deal with they had so many different issues getting the parts for my diesel jeep and still pulled it off. They beat every other quote we got to get it fixed and we are officially back in our baby! Great guys all around even with me bugging about it all the time.

I called with high hopes because I was referred to them and we agreed to have my car picked up but they didn’t come or respond to my call or text. They may be good but I wouldn’t know since they didn’t keep their word with picking up my car and servicing it. I’d try them out again but at this point I have to give them a 1 star.

Just got my trailblazer worked on through them, the owner Chris was very respectful. And the work that was done is great. They also offer snap financing which helped me with the financial the cost. Would definitely recommend his shop.
