Abdul is one of the best people I’ve met in a really long time. The man saved me from a really bad experience. I’m from Houston and was in Fort Worth for my daughter’s gymnastics competition when the day before her comp my condensor blows and I’m stranded. Being Saturday and last minute no one could help but he did. Even offered a ride back to my air bnb while they jumped on it and got me all fixed up. Can’t thank them enough! Her Comps this year are coming up and I’ll come by and visit. Lunch is on me! Thanks again!

Took my car to this shop to have my freon level checked as it is HOT in Texas and my ac wasn't working very well. Zee told me that my compressor was bad. So I ordered a new one ($200) and took it to the shop when it came in. They replaced it ($400) and then decided to tell me that the reason its not blowing cold is because my fan on my condenser is blowing the wrong way. A $75 part... So instead of catching this when they initially diagnosed it it wasn't caught until after I had spent $600 for the ac to still not work. I'm sure they do great work otherwise but in my opinion this is the shops fault for lying to me and telling me that a part that clearly wasn't bad was bad. And to top it off the guy who was at the shop (Abdullah) when I went to pick up the car continued to tell me I didn't know how to work on cars because I didn't catch that the fan was blowing the wrong way when in my opinion it would be the opposite. I brought my car there to be looked at and diagnosed where they should have caught that the fan was blowing the wrong direction but instead I was told the compressor was bad. Since I'm unable to reply I'll put it here... When I called and told Zee I needed the freon level checked he said it'd be $150 if freon was needed but if not that he would diagnose and see what my issue was and it would cost the same ($150) therefore a diagnosis was done according to yall otherwise why did i pay $150 if freon level was "adequate"???? There was no discussion of the compressor POSSIBLY being bad. I was told that it WAS bad which is why I ordered it. Zee then told me that if I was going to replace that that he recommended replacing the drier and whatever else it comes with when doing AC so I ordered that stuff and brought it to you expecting it all to be done. Abdullah said "I will have to talk to Zee and confirm the price he gave you and will call you." I never received a call besides when the car was done. You ONLY replaced the compressor even though all of the parts I brought to you were in the box. I expected it all to be done as that is what Zee said when he quoted the $400 otherwise I wouldn't have paid you to just change the compressor. It's 6 bolts total and easy to get to with the car lifted up by a floor jack. But it's fine I've learned that you guys do the bare minimum and have every excuse/reason on why it's not your fault. Either way this place is a complete rip off and I will not return nor would I suggest anyone go to you. And I came back up there the day after to talk and was told "you just want work done for free" by Abdullah no one gives a f**k about getting stuff for free. What I expect is for a shop who claims to be "honest" to do there job right and not blame it on the customer.

Abdullah the owner is a good man. I had my break pipe broken on the road because it was rusty and they were able to take a look at that and fix it within hours. My appreciation for being so timely. I recommend this business to handle your car issues

Took my car up there for the radiator. I got it back and the dummy lights were still on so I told him about that and he was like take it to AutoZone or O’Reillys and I’m like but I took it to you and paid you $500. OK so fast-forward a month later, I get my alternator fixed there, which was the reason why the dummy life wrong in the first place. When I got the vehicle out for my radiator, the alternator went out the same day! So I didn’t want to spend major cost on repairs in one month, it just wouldn’t be fiscally responsible when I work from home and the school is less than a block away from my daughter. So I waited for the next month to get the alternator put in. I live 60 seconds away from them near the Cooper apartments off Rosedale and Washington. My AC was blowing cold. They either cut or damaged the compressor connector and when I got the car back, he was like well at least we got your alternator and you can just ride with your windows down. we live in Texas and it’s hot and I have a baby and eight year old. Do not take your vehicle here. They’re gonna try to give me factory parts at first, tell him you don’t want factory parts so you’re not spending $950 on a radiator . Here are three weeks later after me getting it out with my air not working and the car broke down again. The batteries brand new I got the day before I got the alternator. Each time I took my car here there was something else wrong. Like I said the same day the alternator went out. Any good mechanic would want to fix the car and get those dummy lights off because that could’ve prevented me having to push the car across magnolia to get home. They like to deal in cash only which makes me sad them even more. Do not take your vehicle here. Just don’t do it. FIX MY AC! You’re dead wrong for that. Nonchalantly saying I can just roll my windows down! In TEXAS??? A jerk. Refused to work on it to fix THEIR mistake. I had another mechanic look on it and he’s told me that they were responsible for the connector wire to the compressor being disconnected. It would’ve cost him too much money for them to fix their mistake.

Took our Honda civic here in October 2023 to get the clutch assembly replaced. The neighborhood is sketchy. When we went to pick up, they told us paying cash would equate to the originally quoted price but credit card would have like a $60 fee, with no warning. Since we don’t just walk around with $1800 cash, my husband argued because they didn’t tell us ahead of time. They finally agreed to “give us a discount” to help with the credit card fee. When we got the car back, the clutch was way softer, had hardly any resistance and felt clunky. We called and told them what we were experiencing and they laughed and said “you’ll get used to it”. It’s not even been a year and the clutch is having the same issues as before. Now we’re having to tow it AGAIN. I’ve heard great things about this place but it seems there is some unknown variable to create a good experience, because our entire experience was shady, and we paid $1800 to end up only getting by another 9 months. We will not return. Update 7/23/24 Took it to a new mechanic, they confirmed what we initially felt was “too soft” was the clutch set poorly which cause the parts to wear out fast. When we contacted these guys to fix it, they said the parts were under warranty but they would still charge $750 labor “plus if [they] found something else wrong”. Which meant they initially charged 1k for the clutch assembly. We decided not to put our car into their hands again out of fear something else would come back broken. New mechanics made it feel amazing like when the car was and the parts were $400. Obviously can’t prove anything but I suspect this was intentional to make another sale when they inevitably had to fix what was warrantied.

Been here with car troubles and they were always quick to help but there seems to be a pattern… We have to bring the car back a second time to fix something else. Not sure about this place anymore

Coming here for a year now, don’t recommend getting Muffler or exhaust work done here though, after they replaced our catalytic converter it was rattling and making terrible sounds took it to a muffler shop and they said it was missing the spring on one side for the converter to flex and it’s leaking exhaust from both sides of the converter,

I have been coming here for over 10 years. Auto Care Center is a trust worthy location for any services. Sammy is friendly and honest, he is not going to charge you for something you don't need. I send my daughter to him now and I know he is Not going to upcharge her. I highly recommend him.

Looking for a Great auto repair shop?? Look no further. Owner, Abdul and his son Z are amazing people. The engine in my 2019 Mercedes Benz coupe failed due to a sudden break in one of the engine hoses. These gentlemen went above and beyond in assisting me in every way possible with getting my vehicle back on the road. These guys are very professional and exemplifies excellent customer service. It's not all about money with them. Their rates Can't Be Beat!!!! They genuinely care about their customers. This world would be a better place with more people like Abdul and Z in it!!!!! I absolutely loved my experience here! Abdul and Z were both so helpful and kind when diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. Usually car problems are so stressful and confusing to me, but they made me feel very confident and stress free in the process! Reasonable pricing, kind people, quick turnaround, a quality fix. Replaced a motor mount on my 2016 Kia in a few hours. Other shops wanted the car for days!!! Great price and they cleaned the throttle body for free! I highly recommend this shop.

always a great place for car mechanic. If you are nice they are nice. I've seen rude customers and the mechanics take a lot of grief from them. A few people think replacing a lug nut on a wheel caused their lightbulb to go out. Abdul has been doing car mechanics for a really long time. He can't fix a bad attitude but he can fix your car at a reasonable rate. His shop has been in the same place for a really long time and has a ton of repeat customers. They did a timing belt on my 1995 300zx that car engine is really tough to work on because Nissan made it that way. The engine ran great for many more years. They also replaced the bolts on the intake of my f150 because the Ford bolts stretch and start leaking air and throwing codes. There was other things too but those two jobs were pretty big to me. Abdula is very very nice and polite. Be nice and polite back. He has no reason to lie to you. I've known him/his shop almost 20 years -Ken

Absolutely amazing experience. My family was on a road trip through Texas and my Dodge started to sputter after filling up at gas stations. We didn't want to continue the drive with something wrong with the vehicle, so my wife called All Auto Service - we would be in Ft. Worth that evening. I took the car in the next morning (Saturday) and they went above and beyond to replace the failed purge valve. They said they wanted to make sure it was fixed that morning since I was from out of town and made sure the vehicle was back in good condition for the rest of our trip. I never expected service and prices to both be amazing, but they were. I highly recommend visiting All Auto Service for your vehicle maintenance needs. If I lived in the Ft. Worth area I would definitely be a repeat customer when needed.

Decided to come here for my AC diagnostic and repair based on the great reviews, and they did not disappoint! Super fast diagnostic work and that fee went towards the repairs. The gave me a really good price and turned the car around so quickly. I called another place to compare cost and they said they *might* be a little bit less but would take a lot longer. So all in all, would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Great service. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but they are honest, dependable and very reasonable with pricing. They took the time to show me the old parts that was damaged and new parts replaced. Family owned business that has been passed down for three generations. Great meeting and talking with them. I was left stranded 60 miles from home needing a fuel pump replacement. I brought my truck into All Auto Service on a Saturday afternoon and was well expecting to not have it back until Monday but they had it fixed and running again in only 4 hours! I’m incredibly grateful for how quickly I got my truck back and for the high quality customer service!

My first time in TX with 100+ heat and my blow motor and control module go bad. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They even went the extra mile to talk to my warranty company to make sure it was covered AND had it completed within a day.

Went in with my suv in all sorts & at their mercy just not knowing the trade. Had all 4 of my kids with me (ages 7,6,4&2) stressed. And because of that didn’t catch the names, but the men there were so gracious to me. When in the office, my kids had 1000 questions and he took his time to he kind to them, which is always a win. Left my suv and within 2 hrs he had a diagnosis and was priced out extremely fair and affordable, gave the green light and was able to pick up the next day and my suv drives great. The itemized receipt shows the work they did and the labor and I think for the metroplex, its probably the most fair and reasonable around. hopefully I don’t find myself needing a mechanic but in the case I do, will only go here. Highly recommend! Also, My suv is driving better than before it broke down!
