This guy I've never seen before up there changed my oil a month ago and messed up my car. My oil pan was tilted and screwed in that way to the the point he stripped the screw. I had a BAD oil leak... a $50 oil change costs me almost $400 in repair i including parts and labor. I will be taking action, especially since seeing in the reviews that someone had the EXACT SAME THING happened to them... I've been letting them change my oil for years, then here comes someone new and he messed up my car.

Seems like this business falls short for their regulars and their employees. I've seen the same homeless guy who sleeps in the parking lot next door working for this place for the two years I've lived here. I had been getting oil changes here for months until their employee who didn't seem to be a US citizen stripped out my oil pan plug. When I came back demanding that they repair it or change my oil pan out. They refused and blamed it on me, the couple of times I came back looking for a repair I never saw the guy who did my oil change again. They tried to fix it by jamming and oversized bolt in my oil pan. I ended up having to replace my oil pan myself due to the damage done.... It's definitely a shady fly by night business 0/10 I'd never come back.

I am here at All Discount Tire - 4201 Miller Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76119 a repeat customer of a specific tire in stock. Where I purchased my last set of tires from a few years back. I’ve been by here several times and they continue to raise the price for the set been in the store 3+ years now. The young clerk seemed more eager to run my credit than negotiate and get an understanding on the numbers before doing so. I offered cash no financing for the new set w/o the 4 wheel alignment. Something they don’t have or can provide. We are still $200 away from making a deal. Needless to say I don’t recommend All Discount Tires because there is no negotiating for anything in stock.

This place is not a lot to look at and it's easy to miss when you drive by but they had top notch service, good prices and a big selection of tires. While waiting a local came up with their bicycle and needed help with their front tire and they helped him right away. A nice community small business.
