Great very professional and great service. Very fair price and my car runs like I just drove it off the showroom. My vehicle is a 2010 Mercedes E350. There is no other place that would let touch my car. I can not say enough good things about there service and expertise. They acknowledge the problem and repair fix that only.. Not a Rip off like most of the service centers in Las Vegas. Thank you, Frank Wirt A very satisfiedcustomer.

The shop is very professional and organized. Your car will be repaired and you will get great customer service. Kris was my service advisor and has been super helpful during the repair process. Everything turned out perfect. Highly recommended if you are looking for European auto repair shop.

I was very pleased with All European Auto Repair. I found out about them by doing a google search and have seen where others were pleased with work performed there, and also their good ratings. I called and spoke to Kris and as busy as they were, he allowed me to take my car in without having to make an appointment. He acted very polite and professionally. Excellent customer service, very friendly and pleasant, going above and beyond identifying problems with my vehicle issues. They took the initiative to analyze the problems and were able to resolve it in a short period of time. I would recommend All European to anyone who is looking for excellent, reliable and friendly services. Wow!! I have even forgotten to mention how they washed my car and checked for other issues.

My experience with Chris and Chad was great. Very attentive and were thorough when explaining the things that I needed done. The inspection report included many pictures and so did the post work report.

What an amazing place! I’m surely not taking my car back to the dealership, after an awful experience at Mercedes Benz I researched a reputable mechanic and found All European auto repair. Decided to give it a shot, and boy was I glad! Impeccable service, follow up every step of the way, detailed inspection and report, affordable price! Surely going back and referring to friends!

2 years of issues were there was a struggle to find what was exactly wrong with my Range Rover ultimately led to a failure of a lesser known part in the engine. Looked up All European Auto Repair and they quickly diagnosed the issue and any non-related issues. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and upfront. They provided a detailed quote in writing and explained to me to scope of work. Once approved they quickly made the repairs at a fair cost, and now my car is back on the road and running like new. Thank you!

Chris and Chad are absolutely amazing! If you have an extended warranty, they will go to bat for you and get you every single thing your vehicle needs. Don't shop around, go immediately to All European... they'll treat you just like family!

Don’t expect this place to last long with his rudeness. They just lie say one thing do another . Owner must think business operates on him doesn’t value business or customers they don’t know what their doing to be considered European work shop . Falsifies claims through insurance to benefit them . BBB is investigating my claim will update

After 2 mechanic shops and mercedes benz in henderson and 5 ac compressors they couldn't get my ac working correctly. A buddy recommended All European had me diagnosed with in 24hrs and had me up n blowing cold exactly when they said they would. Reasonable rates top quality craftsmanship and courteous service. Chad and Chris are the best. I'll never take my Mercedes any where else. Thanks so much guys. Btw. We had just bought the car. And never drove it for 30 days.....

Don't take your car to this place, they've had our 2013 Audi Q5 since November 2022, and it's still not repaired. There is receptionist by the name of kriss who answers the phone, he has absolutely no Knowledge of automobiles, but he knows how to curse and swear, zero customer service. I would question any 5* reviews on this site. THIS IS A RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW, WHICH HAS TAKEN KRISS TWO MONTHS TO COMPILE. ENGLISH IS HIS SECOND LANGUAGE, THIS COULD BE THE REASON FOR THE LENGTHY DELAY, OR THE PEOPLE READING MY REVIEW ARE GETTING WISE TO THIS COMPANY, WHO KNOWS? Tuesday Oct 31 2023. I have read the first 25 reviews of these so called experts of European automobile engineering. There are a total of ( 10 ) one star * reviews out of 25 reviews, this means if you take this as an average, 40% of their customers were so annoyed with the service of All European that they had to list their feelings on this page. I have read All European's response to my review which you can read below, to call it a litany of lies, would be an understatement. As I am out of state and all the correspondence between myself and the * repair team * LOL, are on my phone in Vegas, it will be a couple of weeks before I can publish the true story of the incompetence and deceitful practices " in my opinion" of this dreadful repair shop. Wednesday April 3rd 2024, One again I must write about these European car incompetents, they have stooped so low as to call disgruntled female customers ridiculous names. The owner and her gopher boyfriend are in my opinion the lowest of the low. Don't take your vehicle here, we did and live to regret it. A $500,00 disassembly and diagnostic estimate of $3200.00, to repair the engine of a 2013 Audi Q5 premium.This turned into a final Grand total of $7,306.00. The grand total was never approved, which was bad enough, but then then Kriss the gopher informed us that the engine was broken and should be replaced. This total screw up was spread over a period of about 12 months, we have the Emails to prove this incompetence. Update on 13 July 2024. Hi Kriss, I was amused to see you refer to " holly " the escort? I don't know anyone of that name or profession, I'm sure you must be thinking about an acquaintance from your past. I remember talking to one of your mechanics last year, he told me you are only employed to answer phone calls and to keep the "old hag" who owns you and the repair shop, happy. Last couple of years took my 2 Audi and recently my Alfa to All European and been very happy with overall experience. Great customer service and very competitive prices when compared to dealerships. Kris the owner and Chad the senior advisor /Mgr been a pleasure to worh with!

Two years later and they are still working hard, wrangling with auto warranties. The auto warranty companies have become a nightmare, and to be honest, they are just not worth the $$$ but this company will try as hard as they can to get work approved. I just wish they still had their waiting room because they are so busy that it takes a long time to get the car serviced. Please bring back the waiting room. It doesn't have to be fancy...just a chair or two. I don't even need a TV, I can bring a book! They will povide a shuttle ride to a shopping center to kill a few hours, but I am kind of sick of shopping these days...it's too expensive. Wonderful shop, fought hard for needed repairs and replacements on car that warranty didn’t want to authorize but they got them approved. Shop is clean, and technicians have pride in their work. Will be using their services again in the future.

Purchased a 2020 CLA 35 from Carvana that was still under manufacturer’s warranty. Took it to the local Mercedes dealer first, and they would not complete a full inspection. Since the car had been to All European before I took it to them next since they are authorized by Carvana/Silver Rock. All European took their time to go through every potential issue and submit a thorough claim to Silver Rock, which I really appreciate. I’m still having some issues with the car and hope I can get either the manufacturer or Silver Rock to address them.
