Brought in my truck to get a tiny gas leak looked at. They ended up diagnosing it as a “fuel pump module” and trying to charge me a grand to fix. And then when I go to pick up the truck, I see that it went from a small gas leak to a massive fuel pour. The employee sprayed the rusty gas line with a high pressure sprayer and made the leak 100x worse and then told “it’s not our fault, the module is bad”.

Before the new management they was real good the only people I took my cars too . Now I don't know, they love trying to up charge you for simple stuff need a head light bulb he thinks it's need a module, and you have to put your foot down that's all you want and all you'll pay for need Freon added won't do it unless he hook it to a machine and that cost 95 dollars then the Freon is 40 dollars when now you paid 135 bucks for 40 dollars worth of Freon. Be careful I'll never be back they lost my trust. Completely

Went there a couple of times. I was nice to shop manager Bernie, but he was rude. He doesn't seem to like women. Never again will I go there🙁!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The guy is extremely rude and scammed me on fixing my car. Told me it was done got there paid and it’s still not running. Has to row car to another shop. Poor service and integrity . Don’t not your time or money

Called the day before, was told to bring my car in so they could assess it. Dropped it off and it was completely finished within a few hours for under $500 like I requested! Great service and knowledgeable staff.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED FROM THIS PLACE THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST $2,000 FOR A USED TRANSFER CASE BUT DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT IT WAS USED BUT NOW MY TRANSFER CASE IS ALREADY BROKE AGAIN THEY WILL NOT HELP ME AND IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN A YEAR!! A SINGLE MOM OF THREE KIDS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TO ME? NOW I HAVE NOTHING FOR THE WINTER YET AGAIN :'(

Amazing guys all very friendly. Really good prices, better than many other mechanics I’ve been to. Straight forward, showed me how the previous mechanic messed up and ordered a part for me that was delivered in an hour and gave me an incredibly fair price. All the workers are really good at their job and give off a good energy. Would recommend over anyone else any day!!!

Have been a customer over 20 years. Bernie was a honest decent owner. Bernie has sold his business new owner is not a good business man, had a horrible experience diagnosed my car incorrectly still charged me. Bernie would have never done that. Will never go back here again. And I am sure in the next 24 months the new owner will lose half of old customers that use to come here when Bernie was the owner. “The bottom line new owner is not a smart business man should have stayed a grumpy mechanic!

Stay far and I mean far from this shop I took my car there for repairs October 4 I called October 5 to see if they had a chance to look at it he said no then comes Friday October 6 sam orka leaving a message on my voice-mail telling me his shop got broken I to and that 3 cars were stolen which one was mine he didn't have no type of car about my car because come to find out he didn't have that type of insurance to cover my car which I was screwed which I find it funny that your alarm didn't go off which I feel like it was a inside job I'm in the process of suing his company my car was later found by police I did call Chrysler and they disabled my car so no further damages will be added to my car but he didn't care because his car our being covered through his insurance so I advised you don't take your car here what's so ever I did hire attorney so I will be suing him

Been goin to all foreign for 10 years.....not anymore. Brought in my 2015 durango for radiator replace, and what a mistake. After they replaced the radiator i still had a phantom cooling issue. replaced other components ie pump hoses plugs etc. through the shop. months later come to find whilst doing a bumper swap that my radiator was installed zip tied through the cells causing my trans fluid to seep into my coolant.....real quality nothing mentioned what so ever....also quoted 1300 for a radiator fan..... what happened to this shop!!!!

Used to be a GREAT place, then Bernie sold it, took my car there, was charged for A/C repair, when i picked my car up the A/C DIDNT WORK AT ALL, ASKED THEM WHY AND HE SAID THE TECH FORGOT TO CHECK, BUT THEY DIDNT FORGET TO CHARGE ME, THEN TOLD ME IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL 1000 TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR, DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HALF WAY JOB. WORST MECHANIC IN CLEVELAND.

Bernie has served our family well for several decades. My review is based on the past several years of poor quality workmanship by his staff. My husband's vehicle broke down twice after leaving the shop. Didn't even make it home the second time. Had the vehicle towed to the dealer.
