This is now my go to mechanic. From time one enters to time one leaves, the service and performance exceeds excellence. Information provided is clear and concise...no guess work and no hard sale. They are upfront with work to be done on vehicle. One can drive away in confidence upon completion of work.***could not find option to add a new review so adding comment. This is a business of probity. They do value their customers and do take care of them. Thank you Josue. How does one post new statements without deleting past statements? Google review does not provide this option. Still my go to mechanic. They really do take good care of their customers 👍

I needed some diagnostics run to pinpoint a problem with my vehicle. I thought I would need to make an appointment for this but the shop had an opening at the time I went in. Not only did they diagnose the issues but they were able to do the work the same day, too! I was beyond delighted! Rafa is a terrific service writer and very knowledgeable. I have been looking for a new garage to service my vehicle and I've found it. Thank you! I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle here in the future.

I recently took my car into All Makes & Models Auto Repair to have it inspected for a potential gasoline leak. The team was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed with how promptly they completed the inspection. Their expertise and great customer service left me feeling confident in their work. Service is great, they are very professional, polite and efficient. They found a couple things that needed to be changed and they called before doing it. The price was very reasonable, it was a great experience. I took my car to them because a friend recommended them as "honest and knowledgeable. " They are!

I know, just like all mechanics the labor is what gets you. I didn't know towing was so expensive and the diagnostics went up. Next time I will look for a mechanic who isn't so name brand. Macy's vs Walmart.

Excellent Work! Fair Market price for parts and Labour. Since the 2000s I've had three different vehicles serviced. They all run well. Staff is above board. Staff explains what needs fixing in a way sensible to this Layman.

Thieves and liars 😠charged Me 660.00 dollars for a scan on a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee .than 71.00 for oil change made it home with no lights and undrivable .

This is a quality shop and overall I am glad to have done business with them, but they may not be the best fit for every client and that’s okay. I was very happy that they could work me into the schedule on fairly short notice, as I was only in town for a few days needing to get repairs done for a loved one’s car while I had time. They’re equipped for a wide range of services all at the same shop including wheel alignment which is nice not to have to go multiple places, and their system of texting repair estimates and authorizations where you can easily go job by job authorizing or declining the work is very helpful and easy to use. They were also great about answering the phone quickly and responding to follow up questions I had. Overall, the work I had done I’m very confident was done well. With that being said, the reason I just can’t go full five stars is pricing. If you are the kind of customer who is used to paying close to dealership pricing for maintenance and does not do any of your own work, then All Makes is probably going to feel very in line with your expectations. But I am a budget-conscious DIY-er who can handle a lot of jobs myself and likes to have a local shop to work with to help me with things that are more challenging or time consuming than I can handle in a given moment, and for me - I felt like the labor pricing was somewhat premium for some fairly basic repairs and the price of parts was also marked up more highly above cost than I’d have preferred given that I’m used to looking them up and I know what the actual costs are to get the same brands/items and do it at home. I don’t know what the industry norm is on this, to be fair, because I’m used to bringing my own parts and just paying labor whenever possible and that wasn’t an option in my situation so I paid for the privilege of having my logistical needs met. So… if you are a DIYer who uses a shop as backup, these folks may push your budget pretty hard. But, I give credit where it’s due - part of what I was paying for was the safety net of not having to do those jobs on my own, out of my own town, with limited access to tools and limited time to deal with it if something had stripped out or gone wrong or fallen apart in an unpredicted way, and they did do exactly what they said they’d do, quickly and as best as I can tell to a high quality level. So overall, my review is… they feel pricey, but they’re delivering quality to match. I would recommend them to anyone for high quality work and very skilled diagnostics as long as cost minimization is not the most important consideration.

I'm so tired of being ripped off by dishonest mechanic shops but I finally found an honest one which is All Makes & Models Auto Repair. They did an excellent job repairing my car in a timely manner. They kept me informed on what my car needed and I was really glad I brought my car here. No hassles no bull just a great experience. I recommend this place to anyone!

My radiator went out and they got me in and out the same day. I was traveling and had to work and they were kind enough to let me wait in the lobby until the work was done. I can not thank you enough! Would recommend to anyone!
