Came for diagnostics charged $70 to just use the machine he didn’t try & cater to my concerns but because I don’t know anything about cars I shouldn’t be informed on what he’s doing to my car he took the belt off was upset because I wanted him to check wires among other things but he said from his mouth that isn’t what I came here to do meaning I was diagnosed before he even seen my car have me a choice whether I wanted my car fixed or not I told him go ahead & she said he didn’t like my attitude & threw my belt in the hood slammed it shut along with whatever else he left in the hood he disrespectful & a know it all but bet he won’t get a penny out of me

I had a good experience with Sterling. He was very patient with me and answered every question I had with no problem. He fixed my car In no time and I was back on the road. I recommend this mechanic shop to everyone. You won't be disappointed. He definitely knows what he's doing. ;)

I appreciate the thorough job Sterling did in this heat! He replaced my alternator and completed several checks before leaving. Extremely professional, fast , efficient and affordable! He quoted the price and it was the price once the work was completed. I am definitely going to call on his services if ever I need car repairs. I am a believer he really put me back in the road. We have moved here to Houston over four years ago. We haven’t been able to find a trust worthy Honest Mechanic until now, and I Thank God!! My husband has been keeping in contact with Mr Sterling off and on for the last couple of weeks but never actually had him come out to do service until yesterday. Our Daughter had some issues going on with her car 🚘 and we called Mr Sterling and he came out the very next day as he said he would!! He was Prompt and Very Professional and Knowledgeable of everything going on with her car and Fixed it Right way!! Not to Mention ,VERY Reasonable. He said he would be our Mechanic and we are so blessed and Grateful to have him. Thank you Mr Sterling!!!!. Bless you.

Sterling was very fast in getting my car fixed. He did a complete diagnostic scan to make sure it was the only issue I was having. Good service and very helpful. I needed maintenance done on my truck. I called Sterling and he was able to meet me the very next day. Sterling does a good job and explains what needs to be done and gives recommendations to make your car last a lot longer rather than getting a new one

He came out to my house on Christmas Eve whenever all other mechanics were closed. The only other place that would take me was Firestone. His fair price saved me hundreds of $$, and kept me from having my truck stuck at home till after Christmas. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, truck's been running great since.

I Missed two days of work waiting on this guy!!!!! I called asking about a tiny whining noise coming from my car says he can come and check it out the next day around 4pm. I take the day off of work to wait for this guy and around 2pm I text him to see if he is coming at 4pm still just to make sure. He never gets back to me. 4:45pm comes around I decided to call him, he didn't answer. I decided to call him 30mins later to see what happened. he said he got caught up in work. This is fine with me but he could have giving me a heads up he probably wasn't going to make it. He then tells me he is going to come the next day for sure. I said that's fine around what time do you think you would be able to come. No response soso t next day comes around no text no call no show. Horrible person I don't know if he does good work but I feel that if your this horrible at communicating with your customers then you must be horrible with service.

My 04 Silverado’s ignition cylinder was so jammed it was locked up but with Sterling’s knowledge, determination and hustle he got me back on the road heading home! Legit, hardworking, wise, patient, respectful, very quick and fair! The name does not lie this man really is AllNOne👋 With his patience he was able to remove the ignition cylinder, replace the ignition cylinder and steering column, without anything even looking like it was messed with. Enjoy that $100 tip man you earned it💪

This guys is amazing. I only called him originally for spark plug change as I assume was my only problem for my vehicle acting up very badly to the point I couldn't drive my vehicle. We had a appointment for Sunday so I was stuck for 2 days without me driving my vehicle untill then. But he shoots me a text message that he can come Saturday instead to do it and I was extremely happy due to the fact I can get it done a day earlier. I had the plugs ready to go but turns out something else was wrong with the vehicle and had to buy another part for it. He was extremely nice enough to give me a ride to 2 different locations just to find the part I needed. We had good conversation and was very professional/chill guy. Definitely will be coming back for any other issue I may get in the future. Fair price over all and great experience! Definitely recommend this mechanic.

If I could give more stars, I would. Sterling is an absolute lifesaver. The dealer wanted several days and an exorbitant amount of money for a job and not only did Sterling get it done in a single day but on a Sunday! Sterling came out to my job that's basically around the world from his shop to fix what I thought was only a belt, but ended up being a belt and water pump. Made it a little more worth his drive... Aside from it taking forever to get to me and having to pick up the parts, he got my vehicle back up and running by the time my shift ended. Now if I need a vehicle fix, he's my first call.

I had the privilege of getting to know Sterling from all in one mechanic last night when he came to our home in Cypress Texas my brother-in-law and my husband were on on their way back from the country they said it had been hot and they were tired before they got 10 minutes from the house my brother-in-law's truck broke down in front of the house the pulley had broke and had the belt on that was already on there From 2 until 10 pm my husband brother-in-law and I started working on the truck . we got the pulley on but then all of a sudden the belt wouldn't go on. We had a new belt but didn't see the need to put it on because there was nothing wrong with the belt on there .it took us eight hours to No avail of getting the belt back on. We tried everything so after 8 hours of heat exhaustion. We said the heck with it and call a mobile mechanic. We tried five people some were open 24 hours . We called but couldn't get no one to answer their phone's the last one we tried someone picked up man it was like Christmas that someone picked the phone up . We told the gentleman on the phone what are problem was he said he would be here in an hour it was already midnight. When he got here he had the truck up and running. After all that were said and done he said you do know they do have ones that work 24 hours and smiled. Well we thought he worked 24 hours but he said he didn't . I said well you answered your phone he laughed and said well I was over at my parents house visiting and I seen the call come in and it was us. He was honest fast and friendly not only did he give us a fair price he came out even though he didn't have to knowing he didn't work 24 hours and by the way the ones were did call it for 24 hours no one ever answer the phone nor did they ever call back . That must tell you something when you try 24-Hour Mobile mechanics and no return phone call. This gentleman Sterling who owns the business came straight out without even giving it a doubt. He got finished at 1 in the morning. My brother-in-law's truck would probably still be sitting in front of our house broke down a mr. Sterling would have not answered his phone. This man cares a lot about people I'm trying to get you back on the road wherever you may be are where you are at that says a lot about a company who cares for an individual. Not only does he have our business but he will get a lot more from us and my brother-in-law . He wasn't thinking about the hour he had to come out . You won't be disappointed if you give him a try. All I can say is God works in mysterious ways . Thank you again Mr. Sterling for your work.

Really nice guy. I bought a car earlier this year that turned out to be a lemon and had been in a major wreck that damaged the entire underside of my car. I should've checked the car fax. He fixed my initial issue and also told me about some other minor issues that he fixed for a pretty decent price. Just recently got my brakes replaced along with a oil change as well. I appreciate the fact he does good work and doesn't try to get me because I'm a woman.

Sterling was a huge blessing. He saw me the day I needed help and listened to me and took what I said and wanted seriously. No red tape and a hospitable guy. He is knowledgeable and quick. I was quoted about 225 for my repair and oil change, and he charged me 100. He will look at the situation and not a computer database to determine your price. I recommend him for your repair and maintenance needs.
