Crazy story: I was exiting HEB one day, and some kid with no insurance made a turn and t boned my Jeep in front of this shop. My right rear wheel was cracked, and I thought I’d be stuck towing my car back home The owner saw everything and offered to give me cameras, witness, etc. I asked if he could swap my rear wheel/spare on my Jeep so I could lug it home- And he did it for me for free! I offered him money but he refused. What an honest guy. I came back a couple weeks later to swap out my brakes and take a look at my car. The owner was in contact with me with professionalism and on time about when to pick up my car and etc. Very fair and honest pricing and an honest mechanic. I’ll be taking my car here for any problems/issues. An honest team here, Thank you!

I can not say enough amazing things about the people that run and work here. I have had 3 different visits and each one has been nothing short of awesome. They’re honest, professional, and always explain exactly what needs to be done. Quality repairs at fair prices with no surprises. The team is friendly, trustworthy, and I always feel confident in their work. Highly recommend, esp if you are a woman and feel like you need a place that you can trust and feel comfortable with!

These guys are pros. I upgraded headlights on a Sequoia with aftermarket set. Had some issues. Took it to 3 different places which couldn't identify/solve. Brought it to Eddie at all points and it was ready to go within 24hrs at a reasonable price. Btw - later found out they can do more then just electrical. I now taking it back to get some body/paint work. Great work, price and service!

Had an electrical problem with my 2020 4runner. Toyota dealer wanted $2500 to fix it. All Points fixed it for $200. Very friendly and professional.

I had a window regulator go bad on my F150 passenger side window, with the window down, so I needed it fixed quickly. I looked online, saw All Points getting good reviews, went to their website and completed their form. They responded quickly, providing a quote that I thought was reasonable. I took it in the next day and within two hours it was fixed. They then followed up with a text to make sure all was working great. I told them about a minor problem I was having and they gave me short but complete instructions on how to reset it to resolve the issue. The fix worked perfectly. They have my business going forward and I will refer others to them as well.

I recently had my ABS module replaced and my control arms checked on my Ford Explorer, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, Eddie was professional, communicative and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. He took time to check the control arms, providing me with clear insights and recommendations. The noise from my control arms seems to have reduced since he checked the issue. All Points was very helpful in getting my alternator replaced. I called for assistance before taking my car in and they were able to order my new part and have it ready next day. They were able to complete the work very quickly the next day. Additionally, the work was cheaper than what I was quoted for at several other places nearby. I appreciate their help and would recommend All Points to others looking for help with their car.

My regular mechanic couldn’t get a PCM to fully function in my vehicle after having the vehicle for two weeks. Called these guys, made an appointment for the following day and had my car back that afternoon. Worth every penny.

Our experience was actually two years ago, we were visiting our sons and had an alternator problem on a Friday mid day. They worked us in amongst all the scheduled work and got us back on the road ( the vehicle had been repaired the week before in Dallas with a unit that was not factory spec) with the appropriate alternator at a fair price. I'm posting this now because I've referred our youngest son to go there for brake service.

Our regular mechanic told us our 21-year-old Honda CRV needed a new or reprogrammed engine control module, and recommended we take our car to Eddie at All Points. Eddie and his assistant spent a few days tracing the wiring and removing and bench-testing the existing ECM. Instead of the ECM, they recommended replacing the aftermarket knock sensor, which our other mechanic had installed, with a new OEM version. They performed the swap, test drove the car for 40 miles, and only charged me for the installation work, saving me nearly a $1000. I just finished driving the car 700+ miles from Austin to Florida, and the light has stayed off. I’m now a huge fan and will take my car to All Points in the future, even though it’s nearly 30 minutes from my house.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and experience, but personally my experience was not good. I went in for a clutch disc, pressure plate, flywheel, and slave cylinder replacement this past summer. They were communicative and labor rate was average. The issue comes with the quality of repair. Clutch hydraulics were not fully bled(bite point was basically on the floor) and the car came back with a vacuum leak it didn’t have before. One of the intake hoses was completely disconnected causing unstable idle and overall bad A/F ratio. This led me to be skeptical about the quality of the rest of the repair… I ended up being right when my slave cylinder failed only 6 months later. I replaced the master cylinder myself just to be sure it wasn’t the slave failing, but my hunch was right. I took it to another shop and they installed a new slave and pressure plate. The mechanic found the pressure plate was incredibly loose and not tightened to spec at all. Uneven pressure from the plate led to premature failure of the slave. Needless to say, I will not be returning to all points auto.

The owner, Eddie is a person who does what he says and gives you the unvarnished truth about your vehicle. My plan is to use this service until my heap is as reliable as any car or truck on the road today.

I'm so happy I found All Points Auto. I was so tired of getting taken advantage of by other auto shops even for the most minor repairs or basic maintenance. When I moved to the east side, All Points came up in my Google search as one of the most highly rated shops in my area. What's even better is that the reviews are true. Eddie has honest pricing, lets you know what is and isn't needed and will tell you precisely how long something will take and when your car will be ready. Honestly, I've been surprised at how fast of a turnaround time I've had here regardless of the service. I have an old BMW and don't care to pay BMW dealership prices - Eddie and the team always deliver quality work. I highly recommend this shop!

I had difficulty finding an auto shop who would be willing to work on a car with some rust. Through word of mouth I was able to locate all points auto electric and decided to give them a try after reading many great reviews. They were very communicative throughout the process and updated me along the way. They were able to locate and fix my fuel leak and even topped my gas off before I left. Truly above and beyond to compliment this great service. Will definitely share and be back in the future! Thanks Eddie!
