“Not our problem” is the words they used. A few months ago, I had these guys put a new master cylinder on my car. Granted, I bought the part thru rock auto, but had all pro install it, and I completely understood they did not warranty the part. Everything has been good til now. A week ago, I had a brake warning light come on, then the warning light for low brake fluid came on. I thought this to be odd, since it was a new master cylinder. I pulled over and popped the hood.I removed the cap and the master cylinder was empty. As I put the cap back on, I realized the thing wiggled. The master cylinder was tight, but the reservoir wiggled. I refilled the reservoir and have kept an eye on it, and so far, I haven’t lost any more fluid. I decided to take it back to all pro and have them look at it. Both guys came out, and examined it, and right away, they said it’s the part, so “not our problem”. I ask them if they could just tighten it, or at least try to figure out why it was wiggling. He gets a mirror and inspects it underneath. He then takes a socket, attempts to tighten 1 screw on the side of reservoir, and says it’s tight and can’t be tightened anymore. I ask I why is it wiggling then, cause it didn’t do it when they installed it. Again, they said it’s the part and not their problem.. I suppose I’m upset cause they both seemed to show contempt and complete disregard for helping me to figure out what was wrong. I agree there’s something not right with the part, but these guys are suppose to be mechanics, with knowledge of how to repair, not just replace.but it’s obvious they have zero desire to do any other work after the initial install. I wasn’t asking for free service, and wouldve gladly pad for one of them to at least take the part loose and inspect it, so as to find the real issue, but I guess that’s was wanting too much for these guys. Personally, I believe when they installed it, he broke a piece and installed it anyway, knowing it would take time to show up. That would explain why they didn’t even want to remove the part to inspect it, cause they already knew they had broken it. I took their word on the initial install, so I never even bothered to look over the work, otherwise, I would’ve discovered it before leaving. In my opinion, these guys are crooks and I will never refer them to anyone. But again, as they said, it’s “not their problem”

I took my car in needing a well-overdue oil change and vehicle inspection after a small wreck the previous week. I was nervous to take my car somewhere in Knoxville because I'm not from here and was scared of being ripped off. I'm incredibly thankful I took my car to AllPro as all of the employees I interacted with were very kind and honest. I would also like to add that I'm a young woman and a college student, and was dreading being talked to like I was a small child who knows nothing about my car as I have been by most shops in the past. However, at no point did anyone in the shop talk to me like that or make me feel that way, which may not matter to most but as an adult with common sense, I very much appreciate being talked to like an adult with common sense. I will gladly take my car to AllPro anytime I need work done while I'm in Knoxville.

I took a lawn mower tire there and they aired it up after the Michanic cleaned up the grass off the rim and tire and aired it up for me . Really Nice and Friendly people and does a great job . I do recommend going to this place

James and Scott were amazing! I am a new teardrop camper owner and had a huge scare when my wheel almost came off the camper. My brother in law called to let them know I was on the way. I arrived a few minutes later and they immediately took my tow vehicle and camper in to look at the problems. I had to work the next morning so it was imperative that the issues got fixed that day. They were very kind and understanding and made sure that happened, even driving themselves to get parts that were supposed to be delivered. I had another 4 hour drive in front of me and they were very considerate of that fact, updating me along the way. I was so impressed by their hard work, kindness, and thoroughness. They got me all fixed up and I arrived home safely thanks to James and Scott! I appreciate you guys so very much, thank you!!!

(WARNING DO NOT TAKE CAR TO THIS PLACE )took my audi a5 to Scott cause he was recommended to me through family so I took it to him it seem to be all good intill car got to him an had to deal with insurance he Jack's the price up from what he quoted me I had to pay out of pocket when I left a vacuum hose came off so had to plug that back so I called let them no I didn't drive the car for about a week then once I get back in it to drive it about a hour after driving it says low oil pressure an said drain oil so I called him and he said he don't guarantee his work inless he purchased the engine well let's just say if he would of said just bring it back down let me recheck what's going on my insurance would of paid him cause engine has a 4 year warranty lost out on that I had to do the work my self an take the difram of the top cause it had a vacuum leak from the old part that he should of changed instead of heating the hose up an just taking that off when I went to change the oil I had to retired the oil plug cause it was striped out from being so torqued on the oil filter was same way I put new plugs in when I went to take plugs out they wasn't even all the way in so that was the other reason I was getting misfire codes well I fixed what should of been fixed an the car is running just fine if he would of just took his time an did it right in the first place I'm sorry buy he want get business with me or none of family or friends they was disappointed when I told them how he treated me I would not advise to take a vehicles to him at all he missed out on more $$$$ through me an others sorry but if I did work on a car an I'm suppose to be certified I would atleast gone back over the job I did if you want go services go to Mike humans BP ON WESTERN AVE I would of took my car to him but he don't work on audi so the parts that was of old engine was brand new cause I bought them brand new there was nothing wrong with the turbos I said to him I would purchase the gaskets no problem there was no reason to buy brand new parts when I already had the parts right there I was not treated right that I feel I shouldn't had to go back an replace the items that should of been reached in the first place I don't want nothing for free I just want things to be done right in the first place I shouldn't half to replace a hose that got heated up to take off when a bolt holds piece on again if ustomer said something striped out or not done right should of said bring it back an let's see what your talking about I would not advice them to go there it took month half and after I went back to pick up old motor he said iv already replaced 4 engines after yours then why it take so long sorry we have some inconvenience but wish the best of luck and I never cussed this man or went off on the depe end if I would have he would of none it I was very respectful to this man an reason being my mother told me to take the car to him so I trust him with the most respect if he wants me go off deep end I can but let's be curgiol about this and don't lie to these people please

I went in to have them check a code since my check engine light came on and was blinking. Scott the guy at the desk told me it would be a couple minutes and someone would be out to check it with the a hand held device. I was on my lunch break and waited 40 minutes and no one came out. I left since I would be late back to work. He could've at least came out to let me know that he hadn't Forgotten about me.!!! That is very poor professionalism and bad for business. I will be sure to let everyone know NOT to go there for their auto needs.

It's good to have an independent mechanic that you can trust. More than once, they've told me "don't bother with that repair. It's an old car. Not worth it". I trust them with my cars.

I have been taking my vehicle to All Pro Services for the last 3 years with just about any problem an old classic truck can have, ranging from an engine swap to a brake light repair (and anything in between). Without exception have these guys taken care of me in the time frame they promised and at the price they quoted me. They stand by the work and will resolve any follow up issues if there are any. Aside from Scott and James being very capable automotive engineers, they are really pleasant to deal with. Dealing with car problems doesn't have to be a painful experience. 5 stars from me any day of the week!

Love, love, love my boys here...Scott & James. They have been taking care of our auto needs since I moved here and I am delighted to have found them. I refer everyone who asks to All Pro. The prices have been WELL BELOW dealer costs EVERY SINGLE TIME and we have never had any problems with their work, parts or communication. They do all the work on all three of our vehicles. They work around my hectic work schedule and are very accommodating. This team is usually all smiles and easy going. Great guys. Great work. Great Prices. ;)

All the work that i have had done has been satisfactory but the prices are high for the amount of time it takes to complete the work.
