I had my truck here for a tick in the engine and cam shaft sensor code they did a great job on the replacement of the lifters an rockers. But they fell short when they charged my all 4 of my cam phasers but only replaced 1. According to the 2nd mechanic shop that I took it to cuz I kept having the same issue it went here for. And found out that the pinched a few wires when they replaced my oil cooler. That in the long run caused the wiring harness that runs to the crank shaft sensor and the throttle sensor and the oil sensor to short out and caused my PCM to fail. They did great on some but not all the work they performed. I know I will never see the money back for the labor and cost of parts for the 3 phasers that were not replaced

My car had an AC issue. I took it in and they called me the next morning. It was a $10 relay, and that’s all they charged me! They didn’t even charge me for the standard hour of labor. It is hard to find a good honest mechanics in this world. They have earned a lifelong customer!

Whoever answered the phone around 1255 on 8/12 is rude as hell. Customer service goes a long way these days…why don’t you use the “recorded for training purposes” and actually train your people on what customer service looks like… Additionally, don’t bother leaving a voicemail as they don’t check those nor call people back either….

BUYER GET A SECOND OPINION;Took my 2007 Mustang GT here about 6/20/2024 to get diagnosed for a noise. They told me I had a exhaust leak, bad “rear strut arms”, needed ABS module and said the rear end differential was done for and told me $3500 just for that and about 8-9 hundred for each other job. Well they did the diagnostic for free out of “courtesy” so I took it to get fixed at A&E Automotive and they said theres nothing wrong with the differential at all and they cant find a reason to charge my to repair or replace it. Reminded All Pro quoted me $3500 for this and said it definitely needed to be done.

I used All Pro Transmission to get my transmission replaced. I have a contract with car shield and I had heard it could be a painful experience to get it replaced with car shield. Cody at All Pro handled the entire process with car shield from beginning to end. He told me clearly what to expect before I even brought my car in for him to look at.
