We purchased a 2017 Subaru. Ronnie and his staff were great to work with and even helped us with a minor issue a week after the purchase at no charge. I will definitely look at their website when I look for my next AWD car. I do recommend All Service Auto, due to our great experience.

100 % recommend this shop! When I first bought my used vehicle, I had so many issues. They repaired everything and were so easy to work with. Helping me decide what was priority and what would need to be done soon in the future. I trust this shop so much that I’m coming back into town for repairs even though I don’t live there anymore!

All Service Auto is the best repair shop I have ever been to. The first time I came here was to purchase a vehicle because the transmission was out on my car. I brought it to multiple repair shops who told me there was nothing they could do and that it is a common issue with CVTs on subabrus. My car barely has 100,000 miles which is low for a suabru. I looked into purchasing a transmission but they cost more than my car. When I ended up being turned down by my bank for the car loan all service auto offered to take a look at my transmission and didn't even charge me like the other repair shops. They found out it was a issue with a solenoid and fixed it! Which was extremely cheaper than my other options. I brought it here twice after this for different issues and those times were amazing as well. I feel so confident when I bring my vehicle here and so relieved when it's all fixed up.

I have no stress about my car because this place exists. I've gone here a few times for both routine maintenance and emergency fixes. The prices are extremely fair and the work is fantastic. They never try to sell you anything you don't need and your car doesn't have any magic issues pop up a few weeks after a visit! Highly recommend!

Super impressed with ASA. After over two months of searching, we landed on ASA. Good selection of vehicles (a lot of subarus) competitive / fair pricing. No pressure sales, willing to answer question and resolve problems. We ended up with a 2014 Forester. My daughter was super happy. After we got it home we notices a few things that to be addressed on the vehicle. We reached out to ASA and they had us bring the car in and took car of the issues, simple as that. Great customer service and they understand the importance of it. I will be back to when my youngest daughter is looking for her first car. I will also be using them for my other vehicle maintenance needs.

Bought a 120xxx 16' Crosstrek for 14k. There were some concerns about it from an inspection I had at my Subaru shop. The team went through the concerns with me and took it on an off the lift multiple times to ensure I was comfortable with buying the car. They also agreed to fix some items that I noticed. It has been a good experience and as long as the car holds up for a reasonable amount of time I will be a happy camper. Additionally all the office staff & mechanics put fourth excellent customer service and seem genuine in the services they provide.

Bought a used Subaru Outback from them and had a 30 day warranty. Turns out the Torque Converter had gone out and I took it back. They replaced it quickly and for free, along with some other things that they had found wrong with the Outback while they were in there messing with the Torque Converter. Very honest people, I loved my experience with them and love my new (used) SUV! I never leave reviews, but this place is wonderful.

Bought a used car through All Service Automotive. Was the easiest car buying process I have ever had! They are easy to work with and do a great job. The car I bought had some hail damage on the hood, and they were able to fix it before I picked up the car. It looks like new. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! I purchased a used car from ASA at fair market price. Jack and staff were very helpful, answered all my questions. Three malfunctions were discovered after purchase and all were immediately resolved while I waited, under their 30 day warranty. Always felt I was being treated fairly and in good hands.

Honest, fast and reasonable. I had a 2008 Subaru that had the Cat cut out and needed a new head gasket. They were 20% less than other quotes...stuck to the quote and schedule. On time and reliable. One of the new parts failed in the first 2 weeks and they had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Nice to find a place that does what they say they will do!!

It’s has taken us far too long to write this review, but I want to just say this business and the people that run it, are beyond compassionate, kind, and full of integrity and honesty. We purchased a Subaru from All Service Auto after my husbands car was stolen and trashed, we were able to pay up front using pretty much all of our savings. We bought the car “As Is” but got the thumbs up from a mechanic friend of ours. Fast forward about a month later, the engine had burned through the oil VERY quickly- the oil light was out so we had no idea, and our engine was completely ruined. We felt horrified that we might be out a car that we just put all of our savings into, especially since we bought it as is. We gave All Service Auto a call, and- to be blatantly honest, I was picturing a “sucks for you- you bought it as is” conversation. But that was not the case. They met us with compassion and integrity and were willing to work with us to find an affordable solution, so far as to be willing to help with the cost of a new engine. They were just as surprised that the engine we had went through oil as quickly as it did. They ended up going even above and beyond more than we could have asked for or imagined out of a company, and we walked out of there with a fixed car, and me sobbing to my husband out of disbelief. I’m sure we have many people to thank for our car running- and running well now, but I know we can specifically thank Mike, who spoke to us over the phone multiple times about our options, and also shared with us after the fact that he just wasn’t able to shake the feeling that helping us in they way they did was the right thing to do. Now I know this is a very long review but truly feel like we couldn’t “dumb it down.” We highly recommend this company, whether buying a car or getting it serviced, and we need you all at ASA to know we do not take what you guys did lightly, we still feel floored, and so incredibly grateful for the way you helped us with our car from the time of purchase to needing a new engine, and any of the questions we’ve had since.

They’re amazing! They do good work, I bought a car and they fixed everything that wasn’t working for free! They’re very kind in the phone and in person. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because they do seem a bit disorganized. With not having appointments in the system and having to squeeze me in, and being told I’ll be called back about my temporary tags expiring without receiving my title yet, and never getting a call back. Most of the time they are very good at what they do, just a couple very small occasions! I 100% recommend these guys, and I will be using them as my regular mechanics from now on.

Took my Jeep Wrangler there for an oil leak and came out in 1 day completely satisfied with the work and price! Cost about 1/2 of what another shop quoted! Highly recommend them. They will get my business from now on. Fast Friendly service is hard to come by anymore, I found it and recommend you do too!

Very friendly staff. One gentleman helped me with a broken trunk latch issue I had been dealing with for a few days. Only shop to be able to help me at all, after I had called many dealerships and autoshops for 3 days. He showed me a work around for a problem I have with my trunk until I get the part in. I would 100% bring my car back here over anyone else.

Working with Ronnie on a car purchase and thus far our experience and numerous interactions have been extremely positive. This is a no-nonsense mechanic shop and small car dealer. They have been straightforward, honest, fair and reasonable. Not pushy and sincerely interested in finding us the right car for our needs. Awesome service! Thought I needed a new transmission and it was more minor saving lots of money. Everything was explained really well in detail and I never felt like being treated “like a woman” they also gave me a list of issues I need to address and the price point. My car was evaluated and fixed same. I grateful to find Mike and his crew. Highly recommend them!!
