Car broke down in the middle of the road after getting it serviced here because they forgot to tighten the battery connectors back on and we lost battery power while driving. Edit: in response to the owner’s response- Less than 10 minutes after leaving your shop, with my car broken down in the center of the road & battery dead, I called your number. You told me to “drive the car back and we’ll see what we can do”. I had to call a tow truck. When I got to a different mechanic he laughed to discover that the problem was that your technicians hadn’t securely reconnected the battery. Your mistake stranded me in a busy road and endangered me.
