The good is that the staff is friendly and the new facility is very nice. The customer service, however, is atrocious. Good luck ever getting a call back. I left message after message just trying to get an update. No return calls. They had my vehicle for over two months. During this time I had left several messages for my service advisor because he never answered his phone and then no return call. (It doesn’t appear to just be isolated to my service advisor though. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone there or get a return call.) I was called to pick up my car on three occasions. The first two times I did not make it more than a 1/4 mile before the vehicle went back into limp mode. They had misdiagnosed the issue from the very beginning. For a whole month I was kept in the dark about what was going on with the car. A complete lack of transparency and I get the feeling of deception to be quite honest. But that’s just the feeling you get when you don’t know what’s going on. It was what appears to have been a case of bad gas all along, but they replaced sensors, fuel injectors and fuel pump all while they said the gas was good. They dropped the gas tank after none of the repairs fixed the issue and all of a sudden the gas is contaminated. You don’t need to drop the gas tank to test the gas. They couldn’t tell me what the contamination was. After all that, they made me pay for the cleaning of the tank and fuel system. Now I’m subrogating against Racetrac to recoup my money. This entire time they did not keep me updated or tell me they were doing any of this work. They did work with out telling me let alone my authorization. The only positive is that they provided a loaner vehicle when it went back into limp mode the first time I went to pick it up. I have zero confidence in them and will not be returning here for anything in the future.

All the staff members inside center were very friendly but customer service was very awful! I dropped off my vehicle for repairs on the 6th and was told I will get a phone call later with an update. A rep called the next day giving me a few options and letting me know everything will be ready by tomorrow. On the 8th, i had to call multiple time to request a call back so i could pick up my vehicle. Finally i received a call back that evening with information that repairs will be completed on the 13th ( which was not an issue). I called multiple times that day to see what time i should come (because i also needed to return the car i had to rent). I never did get an answer or a call back. I called all day on the 14th and was told to leave a message and someone would call me back. That never happened. I called later that evening and was told the rep and service tech was sick, so no one could give me an answer. I called all day on the 15th as well, and kept being told i would receive a call, which never happened. One rep said i needed to know the name of my service rep or wait for a call back! Very disappointing! So finally, i drove to the center to get an answer and was told my vehicle will be ready in 10 minutes!! Not sure how many days would have passed had i not gone in person! I had to pay for a rental car for extra days based on a lack of communication. Not a great experience!

Hassell free. I had made an appointment, drove there a few minutes early and they took my car and shuttled me back to work. Called me immediately when finished. Upon arrival, they escorted me straight to the cashier, took care of everything quickly & efficiently while having my car waiting for me as I walked out the door.

Staff was very attentive. I was provided a ride by their shuttle service and able to keep a scheduled work appointment. Vehicle was ready at the time requested. Brynlea was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Honestly, we were not a fan of the service department at the previous dealership, and had decided we would take our business elsewhere. However, we had to get a spare tire for our car, and Hyundai was equivalent or less expensive than some of the tire places. Some places didn’t even carry the type of tire we needed. So we made an appointment to have it installed at the new dealership location. We were very pleased with the service and the new place. Then we got the upgrade for the anti-theft software, so we made an appointment to do that and get the 24 point inspection done. We ended up needing the car aligned and decided to do it there. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was so friendly and everything was done in about 2 hours. So we will be back!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !! I have never experienced such incompetence. Not only do they not know WHAT they are doing, but they are also very slow at doing it. STAY AWAY !!
