I've called this place for tow hitch receiver installation. With detailed discussion about car and item to be installed, I've received the price for work is 50$. Upon my arrival to this place, the owner Roman was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional and has changed the installation price 100$! Without any explanation. Do not waste your time on this place. I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

They supply cheap spare parts. Prices are inflated for service and spare parts. A receipt is not issued for cash payments. The service performed and the car number are not entered into the history. Apparently it’s better to hide reporting and responsibility. Total deception. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Didn’t even get to meet Roma. I was recommended by person who sold car. Called at 8 am was told to come at 12 for an inspection . I arrive at 11:50 and was eventually told he left. I stated he told me to come for 12pm and was told well it’s not 12 . At that point it was 11:58. I was told he left to queens. So I called again and Roma told me he left and then asked who I was. Further telling him we spoke this morning he asked me again who I was and who told me to come to him and that they needed to call him first before he could see me . I guess they had a strong “business” connection or something. So I searched and found another mechanic. Maybe it’s still all about who you know .

I love this shop because they work honestly and professionally. They never try to deceive you. They will NEVER replace a part if it can go longer even if you ask them). Have been servicing my Nissan Murano for 6 years at this shop. Sometimes they are busy and you have to wait or better call them in advance. Roman, the owner of this shop, will always explain to you what is going on with your car and offer options. I highly recommend this shop.

Thus place used to be very busy. Line of cars on wash line was crazy long. Now not so much. Their prices went through the roof. $26 For what was 11-12recently. They are "under new management"

Don’t know how people leave here good reviews but I had most horrible service in my life. Brought a car to fix one problem,took it after with several of them and was told to leave if I don’t want to fix it here. Be careful of this scams! Don’t go there unless u okay to fix ur car forever

My friend recommended me this shop, but I found Roma to be very unprofessional and unconsidered of others time. I came to get the car fixed after a call, when I got there he said he was busy and that I should come back another day. I called Roma today to fix something, he said to come within 30 min,I took off work and made it there in 10, he had a question about my parking break pedal being held up by a screwdriver, I answered that it was a direct result of his repair from last time he was fixing my breaks. I never told him anything about it, and didn't complain right after the repair, didn't ask him to fix the pedal. He got offended and told me to take my car and drive, that he wont work on it. Ridiculous waste of time, dont go there

This is an immaculate shop, what ever you need will be fixed and or diagnosed. Shop owner is very friendly and very professional and will be straight forward with his customers. The workers in the shop are very hard working and professional as well. Overall I definitely recommend this shop especially cause they were able to keep my 99 Lexus running even though it had major problems for a great price.
